07:15Our firefighters were dispatched out to a traffic accident in East Hollywood.
07:19On arrival, they found there's a large number of people who were standing outside of a club.
07:23There's a taco stand out there.
07:25There's a valet line out there.
07:27And apparently, a vehicle had drove through a crowd of people, took out a taco stand, took out the valet podium.
07:33And we had a large number of people on scene.
07:37We categorized the patients based on their injuries.
07:40So we had a total of 30 patients.
07:4223 of those patients ultimately had to be transported.
07:46Out of those 30, there was about seven were what we call critical or immediate.
07:51Six of those were delayed.
07:53And another 10 were transported with minor injuries.
07:57We had an additional seven people that refused transportation.
08:00So the initial scene was very chaotic.
08:04There was bystanders were helping each other out because there was such a large number of injuries, such a large number of patients.
08:12We do know that the driver did sustain some trauma injuries.
08:16Ultimately, there was also a gunshot victim here, unknown which one of the patients had that suffered a gunshot wound.
08:25But our firefighter paramedics did treat a gunshot.
08:27So, yeah, right now, the circumstances that we know, we know that a vehicle did drive through the crowd, we don't know the cause of that.

08:57We used that, we had that, and we activated it on fire, and then LAPD put them in the
09:27vehicle, plastic, and we don't know, we know there's a bunch of things, but this morning at 2 a.m. in Los Angeles, our firefighters were dispatched out to a traffic accident. On arrival, they found a large group of people standing outside of a club. There's a taco truck there, and apparently a vehicle had drove in through the taco truck, through the valet, and into the crowd. So when our firefighters arrived on scene, they quickly called for additional resources, so we had a total of 124 firefighters were here on scene.
09:57There was about 25 LAPD officers that came out to assist us. So the scene when they got on, when they arrived, was very chaotic. Ultimately, there ended up being a total of 30 patients. So out of those 30 patients, seven of them were critical, what we call immediate. Six of them were delayed, and then another 10 were transported in minor conditions. So out of that, we also had another seven that were minor that signed out.
10:27So as part of our triage, when the paramedics were loading up one of the patients that was considered immediate, they were on their secondary inspection of him, they did find that there was a gunshot wound.
10:39So yeah, reports are that it's the driver. We haven't confirmed that yet, but yeah, one of our paramedics, when they got the patient in the ambulance, started doing a secondary assessment.
10:49And then, uh, he was, uh, they did find a gunshot, uh, wound.
10:52We talked to this house, which is basically a bunch of chain-job beds, kind of, like, wire together.
10:57We used these, uh, Hudson sprayers with these, these all in there, and so we sprayed, uh,
11:03here, to walk the RA and rollin' Bertrand, uh, to get rid of these, these all in there.
