00:00To whom belongs the kingdom today?

00:03When all living beings die, Allah, glorified and exalted be he,

00:07folds up the heavens and the earth and declares,

00:10To whom belongs the kingdom today?

00:12To whom belongs the kingdom today?

00:14To whom belongs the kingdom today?

00:16He then responds to himself,

00:18To Allah, the one, the irresistible.

00:21Then, with the second blow of the trumpet,

00:23Allah brings the dead back to life.

00:25People rise from their graves to face the day of judgment,

00:28a day of accountability and recompense.

00:31The moment the second trumpet is blown,

00:33the dead shake the dust off themselves and rise alive,

00:36heading toward the land of gathering.

00:38Their bodies are resurrected perfectly,

00:40not with the flaws of this world,

00:41but as they were originally created.

00:44Allah says,

00:45Then indeed, after that you are to die.

00:47Then indeed you, on the day of resurrection, will be resurrected.

00:50The prophet Muhammad said,

00:52Every servant will be resurrected upon what they died upon.

00:55This means that people will rise with their deeds

00:58and the state they were in at the moment of death.

01:01As people emerge from their graves,

01:03they are filled with confusion and shock,

01:05unsure of what awaits them.

01:06They begin moving toward the land of gathering the mashar,

01:09where they will wait for the beginning of the reckoning.

01:12Allah says,

01:13They will come out of the graves quickly,

01:15as if they were rushing toward a target.

01:17Here, graves refers to the tombs,

01:20and rushing means moving swiftly.

01:21According to a hadith,

01:23On the day of judgment,

01:25people will be gathered barefoot,

01:26naked and uncircumcised,

01:28just as they were created.

01:30All creation gathers on the land of mashar,

01:32in a scene beyond imagination,

01:34awaiting the start of judgment.

01:36The prophet,

01:37described the land of gathering as,

01:38A white barren land,

01:40with no landmarks for anyone.

01:42And Allah says,

01:43On the day the earth will be replaced with another earth,

01:45and the heavens as well,

01:46and they will all appear before Allah,

01:48the one, the irresistible.

01:49On this terrifying day,

01:51people will be overwhelmed with fear and panic.

01:54Their sweat will be visible and toxic,

01:56and its levels will vary based on their deeds.

01:59Some will sweat like light rain,

02:01others up to their knees,

02:02and some will drown in it.

02:04The prophet, said,

02:05People will sweat according to their deeds,

02:07some will have sweat up to their ankles,

02:09some to their knees,

02:11others to their waists,

02:12and some will be entirely submerged in it.

02:14As the agony and suffering grow unbearable,

02:17people will begin pleading for someone to intercede with their Lord.

02:20They will say to one another,

02:22Don't you see what we've come to?

02:24Can't someone intercede for us with our Lord?

02:26They go to Adam,

02:27lay saying,

02:28You are the father of humanity.

02:30Allah created you with his own hands,

02:32breathed into you from his spirit,

02:34and commanded the angels to prostrate to you.

02:36Intercede for us.

02:37Adam replies,

02:38My Lord is angry today like never before,

02:41and never will be again.

02:42He forbade me from the tree,

02:43and I disobeyed.

02:45Myself,

02:45myself,

02:46go to someone else,

02:47go to Noah.

02:48They go to Noah,

02:49alayhi salam,

02:49saying,

02:50You are the first messenger sent to the people of the earth.

02:53Allah called you a grateful servant.

02:55Intercede for us.

02:57Noah replies,

02:58My Lord is angry today like never before.

03:00I made a supplication against my people,

03:03myself,

03:04go to someone else,

03:05go to Abraham.

03:06They go to Ibrahim,

03:07alayhi salam,

03:08and he says,

03:08I told three lies in my life,

03:10myself,

03:11myself,

03:11go to someone else,

03:12go to Moses.

03:13They go to Musa,

03:14alayhi salam,

03:15and he says,

03:15I killed a soul I wasn't commanded to kill.

03:18Myself,

03:19myself,

03:19go to someone else,

03:20go to Jesus.

03:22They go to Isa,

03:22ibn Maryam,

03:23alayhi salam,

03:24and he says,

03:25Myself,

03:25myself,

03:26go to someone else,

03:27go to Muhammad.

03:28They go to Muhammad,

03:29salallahu alayhi salam,

03:30saying,

03:31O Muhammad,

03:32you are the messenger of Allah

03:33and the seal of the prophets.

03:35Allah has forgiven your past and future sins.

03:37Intercede for us with your Lord.

03:39Don't you see what we are going through?

03:41The prophet salallahu alayhi salam responds,

03:43I am for it.

03:44I am for it.

03:45He sets off and comes beneath the throne,

03:47where he falls in prostration to his Lord.

03:49Then it will be said,

03:51O Muhammad,

03:52raise your head,

03:53ask and you will be given.

03:54Intercede and your intercession will be accepted.

03:57So the prophet salallahu alayhi salam raises his head and says,

04:00My Umar,

04:01O Lord,

04:01my Umar,

04:02O Lord.

04:03Allah says,

04:04Go and take out from the fire anyone who has in his heart

04:06the weight of a grain of barley of faith.

04:09So the prophet salallahu alayhi salam does that.

04:12Then he returns and says again,

04:13My Umar,

04:14O Lord,

04:15my Umar,

04:15O Lord.

04:16Allah says,

04:17Go and bring out from the fire anyone who has in his heart

04:20the weight of a grain or a speck of faith.

04:22He does so again,

04:23then returns and pleads,

04:25My Umar,

04:25O Lord,

04:26my Umar,

04:26O Lord.

04:26Then Allah says,

04:28Go and remove from the fire anyone who has in his heart even less,

04:32even the smallest atom of faith.

04:34The prophet salallahu alayhi salam goes again and fulfills the command.

04:37Then for the fourth time,

04:39the prophet salallahu alayhi salam returns and says,

04:41O Lord,

04:42allow me to intercede for those who simply said,

04:45La ilaha illallah,

04:46there is no God but Allah.

04:48Allah responds,

04:49By my might,

04:50my majesty,

04:51my supremacy and my greatness,

04:53I will bring out from the fire everyone who said,

04:55La ilaha illallah.

04:57After that,

04:58every person will be handed a book a record

05:00containing everything they did in this world,

05:02both good and bad.

05:04Each person will read their own record

05:05and be judged based on what's written inside.

05:08The book will be given either in the right hand or the left.

05:11Whoever receives it in their right hand is among the people of paradise,

05:14and whoever receives it in their left hand is among the people of hell.

05:18Allah says,

05:19As for he who has given his record in his right hand,

05:21he will say,

05:22Here,

05:22read my record.

05:23I was sure I'd meet my reckoning.

05:25So he will be in a pleasant life,

05:27in a lofty garden.

05:28But as for he who has given his record in his left hand,

05:31he will say,

05:32Oh,

05:32I wish I had not been given my record,

05:34and had not known what my account was.

05:37And Allah knows best.

05:38Oh Allah,

05:39Lord of this perfect call and the established prayer,

05:42grant Muhammad the intercession,

05:44and the highest rank,

05:45and raise him to the praised station you have promised him.

05:48Oh Allah,

05:49open our lives with goodness,

05:51and make the outcomes of our affairs end in goodness.

05:53Oh Allah,

05:55we seek refuge in you from the beginnings and endings of evil,

05:58its hidden and visible forms.

06:00May you remain steadfast in obedience to Allah.

06:03Don't forget to pray upon the prophet,

06:05seek forgiveness in the comments,

06:07and share the video so the reward may reach others.
