Will the Lions continue their impressive record against Australia, or will the Wallabies spring a surprise?
Transcript
00:00This is huge, you know, so this would mean the world to me.
00:04You know, the volume of noise, everything's ramped up.
00:07It either brings the best out of you, you know, or you're under the pressure.
00:24We don't pay too much attention to the bookies' odds or what people are saying.
00:28We're just concentrating on tomorrow and trying to put a great performance out there
00:32because that's what's going to be needed.
00:34You know, a great performance, not a good performance to beat this Australian team.
00:38They're a proud nation.
00:39They're a top-class team, well-coached,
00:41and we need to get our best version of ourselves out there tomorrow.
00:54Yeah, it's probably similar to World Cups.
00:57So I've been in enough Lions tests without being in coaches' boxes.
01:02And, you know, the volume of noise, everything's ramped up.
01:08The microscope you're under, the pressure you feel.
01:12And for those guys, just to relieve that pressure valve just a little bit,
01:17I think will be useful for us.
01:19We want to see a performance that does everyone proud,
01:30and what does that look like?
01:32I mean, when I'm talking about everyone,
01:33you're seeing the thousands of people that are turning up now.
01:37You're walking around town, and you get that Lions buzz, don't you?
01:40And it's certainly going to hot up tomorrow.
01:42So it's making sure that we do everyone proud here and at home
01:47with the type of performance that is one that's going to walk forward
01:50to the challenge and be the best version of ourselves.
