'Ice Fire And Desire' is the sophomore release from American country rock outfit 100% Whole Wheat. Their debut was released a year earlier in 1977, with membership of this band coming from assorted stints with Glen Campbell, Lindsey Buckingham, Fleetwood Mac, Liberace and even producer Bob Ezrin. Michael W Lewis, who joined for this second album (he is not credited on the 1977 debut) is also one half of the disco duo Lewis And Rinder, alongside vocalist Laurin Rinder. Debut members Bob Morphis (drums) and Mark Seamons (keyboards) do not appear on this album.
