00:00One cold winter night, 16-year-old Katie was home alone.

00:04It had been snowing all that afternoon, but had just recently stopped.

00:08After studying for a few hours, she decided to relax a little.

00:13The television was positioned in front of one side of the glass sliding door

00:17that lead to a patio in the backyard.

00:21By midnight, Katie's parents still hadn't come home, and she was

00:24gripped with fear because from the corner of her eye,

00:27she could have sworn she caught a glimpse of a very strange,

00:31looking man staring at her standing outside the glass door behind the television.

00:36Katie called the police, and soon there was a patrol car not far from her house.

00:41The police showed up, and Katie told them about the stranger who was standing outside,

00:46staring in through the glass.

00:48The police opened the glass sliding door and looked around.

00:52They explained to her that there could not have been anyone standing out there.

00:56as there would be footprints in the snow.

00:59As they were about to leave, one of the cops noticed something behind the couch.

01:04There were wet footprints on the carpet behind the couch.

01:08She hadn't seen the man outside the door.

01:10She'd seen his reflection when he was standing behind her.

01:13THEY HAD AL ANGHAN
