Transcript
00:00Obviously you get stressed in penalty shootouts, I think there was lots of emotions throughout that whole spell.
00:05But again, I was confident, you just have to remain calm and that's what we did.
00:09Hannah stepped up with some great saves, we scored when it mattered.
00:13And even the girls that stepped up, it takes a lot to step up in those moments.
00:17I backed myself to score for a penalty, I've done that in the past for the club and country
00:21and obviously I'm disappointed that I didn't execute it the way I wanted to.
00:25But we have a system, we have a plan, we got around each other, we knew we were still in it
00:29and we got it over the line, thank God.
00:32The penalty shootout didn't go as planned, but we got through and that's what this is all about.
00:36It's a performance that we can put in our pocket and we learn from and experience for everyone.
00:41There's players tonight that stepped up for a penalty that may not have before,
00:45so it's a learning and it's an experience, but we're through.
00:48Overwhelmed, underwhelmed, every kind of whelmed, just a rollercoaster again.
00:53But yeah, just so thankful and so proud of the girls that we managed to push and get through.
