00:00Denise Richards has now responded to her divorce from her husband.
00:04Right, and responded with some photos that are really gruesome.
00:09She says that she has been the victim of domestic violence at the hands of Aaron Pfeipers, her estranged husband, for several years now.
00:19And there are some really gruesome details that she has laid out in these documents, as well as producing some photos.
00:26So, the husband, remember, he filed for divorce right after the 4th of July on that Monday.
00:34And he listed July 4th.
00:36July 4th was the date of separation.
00:39Something big happened on July 4th.
00:41And now we know, because Denise details what happened on July 4th, and now we know why Aaron listed that as the date of separation.
00:51It has to do with an explosive fight that went down between them in Malibu.
00:57She says that, basically, it sounds like Aaron wanted her phone for some reason.
01:03She says that Aaron was determined to get my phone.
01:07He got in her face, according to Denise, and yelled at her, said a lot of profanities, demeaning her, and kept striking the bill of her hat, she said.
01:22She doesn't say that he actually struck her on that occasion.
01:26But she says he attacked her.
01:28Yes.
01:28Over the phone.
01:29Do you know what's crazy about this?
01:32It is Diddy-esque, because that's what Diddy argued happened at the hotel in 2016 at the Intercontinental.
01:40Right.
01:40It's just weird that it happens on the heels.
01:42So, she says that fight started on July 4th.
01:47She actually leaves the condo, the townhouse where they were at that moment, goes to another one they have across the street.
01:56But, she's there, and then on July 5th, he shows up there again, and much of the same happens with a lot of insults.
02:06So, that's what happened on July 4th.
02:08That's why he says July 4th is the date of separation.
02:11But, there are a whole bunch of other allegations in there that go back at least three years.
02:16And, can I tell you something, what's really, there are two things.
02:18One is, that I remember early on in TMZ, and I believe this was, this might have been 2005, when she filed for divorce from Charlie Sheen.
02:31Right after the divorce petition was filed, she filed a long, long response to this divorce, where she outlined, I think it was like 100 pages, outlining all the things Charlie had done.
02:48And, the weird thing about this is, it's kind of repeated itself here.
02:52What she's alleging Aaron did to her, this is from 2022, and she says that, obviously, he struck her.
03:02Look at that, wow.
03:04Wow.
03:05He says he struck her in the eye with the heel of his palm, while calling her a bleeping bitch.
03:12So, here's the thing that I'm wondering about.
03:15California is a no-fault state.
03:17Yep.
03:17But, in terms of the divorce, there are no kids, so it's not like it's a custody issue.
03:24It doesn't really, legally.
03:26The purpose of the divorce itself.
03:27Legally, it doesn't matter for the divorce.
03:29That's right.
03:29That's right.
03:30But, I mean, look, you can't fault her at all.
03:32No, no, no, I'm not faulting her.
03:33I'm just saying it doesn't, it's not relevant to the divorce.
03:36Right, but she lays out a laundry list.
03:37I mean, attacking her with a towel rack, hitting her, like I said, with both hands and devices, threatening to kill her if she called the police at any time.
03:45It's always one of these things we heard in the Cassie trial over and over again in the Twittersphere, right?
03:49Why didn't she go to police?
03:50Why didn't she go to police?
03:51Well, this is one reason why somebody like Denise Richards doesn't go to police, if you believe her allegations are true.
03:56She says that he threatened to kill her if she went to the police.
03:59Yeah, actually, on that July 4th incident, she said, there was a lot of that language also, where he said, she said, I'm going to call the police.
04:09And according to her, Aaron said, go ahead and call the police.
04:12I will burn this place down.
04:14I will kill everyone.
04:15I think that she included all this detail in the divorce, but obviously, for good reason, tremendous bad blood between them.
04:20She wanted it to be known widely.
04:22And this was her opportunity to do that.
04:24She did that with Charlie, too.
04:26She did that with Charlie, too.
04:26I guess it goes back to your point, right?
04:28This is her, you know.
04:29Although, with Charlie, there were kids.
04:32And that could matter.
04:34Obviously, this is what Denise has said, but Devin, I know you talked to Aaron this morning.
04:37So, we've been trying to get in touch with Aaron since the divorce, obviously, right?
04:40Right.
04:41So, Key, I reached out to him again this morning.
04:44Essentially, I believe he's going to be putting out a more in-depth thing, but he's obviously, for starters, just denying all the allegations, saying this is a conjured-up story.
04:54And she's trying to save her image, similar to what you were just saying.
04:57That's what he's saying.
04:57And that he has all the real evidence, whatever that means.
04:59Who is the one who is the one who is the one who is the one who is the one who is the one who is the one who is the one who is the one who is the one who is the one who is the one who is the one who is the one who is the one who is the one who is the one who is the one who is the one who is the one who is the one who is the one who is the one who is the one who is the one who is the one who is the one who is the one who is the one who is the one who is the one who is the one who is the one who is the one who is the one who is the one who is the one who is the one who is the one who is the one who is the one who is the one who is the one who is the one who is the one who is the one who is the one who is the one who is the one who is the one who is the one who is the one who is the one who is the one who is the one who
