00:00I think we do pretty well here, generally speaking. It's quite rare to see stacks of bin bags around the place.
00:07I mean, I wouldn't want to live in, it's Birmingham, isn't it, right now that's got the problems here.
00:11I wouldn't want to live there right now, but I think we do okay. I can't see any rubbish around here.
00:17Yeah, they're decent in Islington, which is where I live, which is great.
00:22But certainly I think if you go into Central or go to other parts of London, it's more obvious that there's kind of a buildup of rubbish that hasn't been collected.
00:29And, you know, people often come and visit us from abroad and they say London's such a clean and beautiful city,
00:35which is so impressive compared to New York or L.A.
00:39And it would be a shame to be able to lose that as a kind of distinguishing feature for tourism, which is so important for our economy.
00:46And I got around Canary Wharf last night and I noticed the streets are literally being jet washed every night in the middle of the night.
00:52I think it's pretty clean for such a busy city. I think we did quite well.
00:57Bye.
