00:11It will now take place on July 31, as reported by TMZ.

00:15According to new court documents and sources close to the case, said this change was a

00:20mutual decision between both legal teams.

00:24The dealy came shortly after the court dismissed Texas-based publicist Jed Wallace from the

00:29lawsuit due to jurisdictional issues.

00:32The court ruled the dismissal without prejudice, allowing Lively the option to refile the case

00:37if she chooses to.

00:39Blake Lively had previously accused Wallace through his firm Street Relations Inc. of helping

00:45to set up a smear campaign allegedly directed by Justin Baldoni and his PR team.

00:51Her claims included allegations of digital manipulation and online narrative seeding.

00:56However, Judge Louis J. Lehman ruled that Wallace isn't subject to New York jurisdiction.
