00:24The dealy came shortly after the court dismissed Texas-based publicist Jed Wallace from the
00:29lawsuit due to jurisdictional issues.
00:32The court ruled the dismissal without prejudice, allowing Lively the option to refile the case
00:37if she chooses to.
00:39Blake Lively had previously accused Wallace through his firm Street Relations Inc. of helping
00:45to set up a smear campaign allegedly directed by Justin Baldoni and his PR team.
00:51Her claims included allegations of digital manipulation and online narrative seeding.
00:56However, Judge Louis J. Lehman ruled that Wallace isn't subject to New York jurisdiction.
