00:17so you don't have any problems

00:18basically this program will unlock files

00:20that are somehow locked

00:22you can't access them or delete them

00:24little bit more for advanced users

00:26you don't want to start randomly deleting

00:27and unlocking files

00:28and windows that are locked for good reason to protect your operating system.

00:33As you install it, you will get the Delta Toolbar offer.

00:37Click Advanced.

00:39Click where it says or uncheck Install Delta Toolbar.

00:44Hit Next.

00:46I would not bother with this because it hasn't been updated in three years,

00:50so you don't really want this thing checking for updates every day or every week.

00:53The Explorer extension, I don't think anybody needs that.
