00:04Today we're looking inside ourselves to find where everywhere our pain is not.
00:08Like, you know, like, if we can, like, own it and, like, get out there and, like, run the show.
00:13Like, we just like to, like, notice of ourselves, like, greatly in the wonder.
00:18Like, isn't there some place inside of yourself you can go to find comfort at all times?
00:23And, like, can't you constantly find comfort in your heart or your soul or in your body?
00:29Like, you just know, like, it's what inside counts, so how it helps.
00:33Like, if you can capitalize on, like, what's inside of you, like, you just know, like, mostly it's all comfortable, like, all the time.
00:42So, just, like, think, like, don't catch any pain or we undo it.
00:45Like, and we just know, like, how we worship up, like, a heart of comfort inside of us all.
00:50Like, like, can we all find, like, a life of ease, like, to the notions of thought, like, and go at it, like, to the importance of all things wonderful.
01:01We just know, like, it would be really nice to find inside of ourselves, like, what places are always comfortable.
01:07Like, focus on them.
01:09Like, just, like, put our attention on them.
01:12Like, dwell on them.
01:13Like, every place it's, like, all comfortable, we just, like, revel in.
01:18And we just know, like, if we would worship, like, to the norm, like, to splendor up, like, all the heavenly, like, comforts of our hearts, like, content.
01:28And if they're not trying to kill us, like, and they're not trying to hurt us, like, they just, like, to, like, think that they could coexist.
01:36Or, you know, like, think that we could be part of something bigger.
01:39And, like, part of something better.
01:41If you can look out into outer space and find places that are comfortable.
01:47Maybe you could find it everywhere.
01:48And, like, there you go.
01:50You just, like, use your effervescence of spirit to, like, find what's comfortable everywhere.
01:55Like, I want to know, like, if everyone was comfortable, it would be a good certainty, like, of the occasions, of the truth.
02:03Like, I wouldn't be great if everyone could feel comfortable all the time in their hearts, especially.
02:09Because they're not trying to kill each other.
02:10Like, I'm really not trying to get grumpy.
02:13You know, like, I'm just, I think, like, if we can ever spend our time, like, dwelling on the positive, life-affirming, good comforts.
02:25Like, you know, like, when we'd like to get it across and come across, like, we'd worship, like, all the comforts in the world.
