00:00The princess was cursed to sleep for 100 years, but she didn't want to wake up.

00:05Not because she was lazy or anything like that, but because outside the castle walls,

00:09the world had become a dangerous place.

00:12When the princess was born, an evil witch put a curse on her.

00:15The curse was that the princess would fall into a deep sleep for 100 years.

00:19But the witch also made one very crucial mistake.

00:21She only put the curse on the princess and not on the entire kingdom.

00:26So while the princess slept, the rest of the kingdom was unaffected.

00:30For 100 years, the king kept the princess's room filled with all the latest gossip.

00:36He wanted his daughter to be well informed on everything that happened in the kingdom.

00:40Even if it meant that he had to break character and let out a giant yawn every now and then.

00:44But eventually the king got so bored of talking to himself that he started singing.

00:48And as he sang, the magic in the room started to fade away.

00:53The princess slowly opened her eyes.

00:55She was finally awake.

00:57And as she stepped out of the castle, she could feel the magic in the air.

01:01It was so strong that it actually hurt.
