Perched proudly, the bird was enjoying a breezy break when Andrew quietly stepped into full prank mode.
His target wasn’t the wings or the beak, but the unsuspecting foot hanging just low enough to tempt a tickle.
As Andrew started tickling, the pelican couldn't handle it for long and quickly took off.
