00:00hi everyone welcome back to the another cap cut tutorial in this video i will show you how to make

00:07glowing line effect in cap cut first you need to put your video to the timeline

00:12and after that you need to click on the text and click on the add text and click the plus icon to

00:21add the text effects on the video i am shorting this video write the desired text make it bold

00:32use the bold found and then go to the animation and use the typewriter effect in the end tab and

00:42adjust the duration to 1.2 seconds that is much better and after that go to the default text again

00:56and hit the plus plus button

01:01another text layer will be added and delete the default text press the shift key and hit underscore

01:12looks like it's a line adjust the line under the text select the color of your choice and scroll down

01:27and check mark the glow effect and i normally use this effect increase the intensity to 60 percent

01:40and range is 35 percent click on the animation tab and select the golden dust effect and increase the

01:56duration to similar to the above text duration which is 1.2 seconds so that's done now let's play it how it

02:08looks yeah this is perfect so this glowing line effect is more powerful and make your video more engaging
