00:05I think this is a very landmark judgment that the Honorable High Court has given today.

00:11The jetty that was built by the Maharashtra Maritime Board and the Port Department of Maharashtra.

00:19The whole intention behind building this jetty was very clear.

00:22We wanted to decongest the area there.

00:24We wanted to help the local residents there so they can move around more openly there.

00:30And also the yachts or the boats that used to be parked around the Yeti of India,

00:36which used to only increase the inconvenience to the citizens moving around there.

00:41Because of the radio jetty, there was a lot of thought behind the entire process,

00:46how we can decongest the entire area, help the local residents.

00:49Today, because of the judgment given by the Honorable High Court, who has rejected all the petitions,

00:56they have given a certain three directions, which the Maharashtra Maritime Board and the Port Department has to follow.

01:03We will obey all the observations and the directions given by the Honorable High Court.

01:09And we will ensure that the jetty is completed in time.

01:12And everyone who will travel through the jetty and who lives around there will only understand that this was only for their benefit.
