00:05Yeah, so we're super excited to get it going.
00:08I think there's an ability there to probably take a gap in the market with some social advertising and marketing that we want to do.
00:15So we're really excited to be able to go in a different direction and really push into the social space really hard that we weren't previously doing.
00:23And we're a sales-only business as well, so we can focus just on selling, so there's no pushing back to the rent rolls or anything like that.
00:30We're a sales-only business, which means we can really pump into the actual selling of homes and specialise in a certain field.
00:37But we've got five listings so far, all across Bendigo to Greater Region, which is good.
00:42Anything from acreage properties down to sort of suburban new homes, so a good mixture there.
00:48We kicked off on the 1st, so 15 days in, we're pretty happy with sort of five listings.
