00:00Hey, welcome to the Daily Planet. This is where the news of Metropolis is made.
00:11We don't make the news, Jimmy. We report it.
00:13That's right. This is where the stories and pictures are put together to produce the newspaper for the public.
00:18If you're interested in how the paper is put together, Mr. White's office is up there.
00:23Or Lois and I can show you the ropes of reporting.
00:25And I have some great shots of Superman in action. Check them out in the photo lab. You can color the pictures.
00:32I have profiles on most everyone. Pretty interesting reading, if I do say so myself.
00:37Wherever you decide to go, have fun touring the Daily Planet.
00:46This area is the editor's desk. The managing editor makes the big decisions about the front page here.
00:51The right side of the desk is the page layout template for the front page.
00:56There are other layouts to choose from. Just click on the Layout button to cycle through the choices.
01:01The stories and pictures will automatically be refitted for the new layout.
01:05You can start putting the stories and pictures onto the page.
01:08Just click on the Photo button or Article button to show which ones are available.
01:12Click on the piece you want. Then click on the template where you want it to appear.
01:16The computer will fill in the areas for you, even the headline. It's all up to you. Have fun.
01:36The chief would be impressed.
01:38The chief would be impressed.
02:08This is where the stories for the Daily Planet are created.
02:16After spending time out in the city and researching the facts,
02:19this is where you put the words together for the readers.
02:21The tools are pretty simple. It's the words that are important.
02:25Writing a good story is a real challenge.
02:28First, decide what subject you want to write about.
02:30Type up a good, eye-grabbing headline or title to get the reader's attention.
02:34Then type in the story that goes with that headline.
02:36Use lots of details and be clear about what you want to tell the reader.
02:39If you need a little bit, if you want to forget what their tells the reader doesn't like your thing,
02:41and Danparo might add a bow.
02:43It's time to place a one- say,
02:45edit the book to place a while ago.
02:47One-say ba-grabbing headline or title to get cut in the background.
02:50If you want to hear the title is it's supposed to be your main thing.
02:53Don't be able to tell you.
02:54Use the example to reference the 3D chart there.
02:55We already have Curiosity 500 scrolls.
02:56Later to go with theami table.
02:57Once you're
03:05the Label Tower Leaves지가.
03:05That'll grab the reader's attention.
03:35Time to hit the streets. That's where the news is.
03:40The truth is what's important. Gotta go? There's news out there to find, write up, and get ready for more front page articles.
03:50Getting used to things here yet? There's a lot to explore, and the Daily Planet never sleeps.
03:59Hey, I was just developing some pictures in the Daily Planet's photo lab.
04:03The pictures slide out of this machine and into the chemical bath.
04:18Have you done this before? That's fantastic!
04:33Yep!
04:50Wow!
04:51This picture is really coming alive. Now that really brings out the excitement of the picture.
05:06Nice shading!
05:09Nice shading!
05:11Excellent!
05:15Now that really brings out the excitement of the picture.
05:22Excellent!
05:24Now that really brings out the excitement of the picture.
05:30Now that really brings out the excitement of the picture.
05:40Excellent!
05:45There's lots more action in Metropolis. A good photographer always has a camera ready.
05:49If you want to find out about the famous people around here, my files are the place to look.
06:03Last! My files got corrupted when my hard drive crashed. I know those profiles are still in here, but the keywords don't match the files anymore.
06:11The list of keywords is in that jumbled mess somewhere. If you can find them for the computer, it can recreate the file. Then you'll be able to see the photo and read the character profile.
06:22When you think you've found one of the words, click on the first letter and drag until you reach the end of the word.
06:29Looks like they go up and down or sideways.
06:34You'll have this profile unscrambled in no time.
06:37That's where the word is.
07:04Correct!

12:17Now she's Star Labs' problem.
12:24Next time, I won't be so easy on you.
12:28Have you been to LexCorp yet?
12:34Ah, there you are.
12:36I'm a little bored right now.
12:38Would you care to play a game?
12:40I like to call this the Lex Challenge.
12:45We'll take turns placing one of our pieces on the board.
12:49You can only place your piece in a square next to one of mine.
12:51And to make it harder, you have to have another piece at the other side of mine.
12:57That means you'll surround my pieces so they'll turn traitor and become yours.
13:01An amusing idea, isn't it?
13:04If you have a move that can take some of my pieces, you have to take it.
13:08Even if it sets me up to take some of yours.
13:12If you can't take any of my pieces, you lose your turn until you have a move that can.
13:18As you might guess, the player with the most pieces at the end wins.
13:22Black always goes first.
13:25Since you're company, you can take the black pieces.
13:35Indeed.
13:39I may have to start paying a little attention to this game.
13:42Hmm.
13:46Unexpected strategy.
13:51I hate to take advantage, but if I must, I must.
13:59Yes.
14:00That works for you, doesn't it?
14:05Takeovers are my specialty.
14:10Ah.
14:12Bad for you, good for me.
14:20One-up me, will you?
14:25I may have to start paying a little attention to this game.
14:33I really wish you hadn't done that.
14:40Bad for you, good for me.
14:42Bad for you, good for you.
14:46You catch on rather quickly.
14:52I hate to take advantage, but if I must, I must.

19:30Leaving so soon?
19:31Next time, call for an appointment
19:33Looks like Livewire is stirring up trouble downtown
19:38Maybe you'll see Superman over there
19:40Welcome to Star Labs
19:46This facility is run by my friend, Professor Emil Hamilton
19:49His research has helped me to extend my powers beyond Earth's atmosphere
19:53And provided ways for me to fend off harmful forms of radiation such as kryptonite
19:57Take a look around
19:58With this suit, I can travel into space when the need arises
20:01This one protects me from the crippling rays of kryptonite
20:04As well as from the harmful touch of criminals like the parasite, Livewire, and Metallo
20:09Test probe to star labs
20:13Test probe to star labs
20:17This is Superman
20:18I'm preparing to leave the ship
20:20Direct me to the stars that you think form the constellation
20:23When you select the correct stars, I'll create vapor trails along the constellation lines
20:29I may need to backtrack to get them in just the right places
20:32Once completed, the constellation will appear
20:35Not that one
21:05Nice work, you sure know your constellations
21:22Andromeda, the Chained Princess
21:28Queen Cassiopeia's daughter Andromeda was offered in sacrifice to Cetus, the monster, to appease an angry god
21:34She was rescued by Perseus
21:37Who swooped to her rescue on the back of Pegasus, the winged horse
21:40Take a look around
21:48There's always something that can use your attention
21:50This lab is pretty complex
21:55But just click on one of the suits to visit that area
21:57Professor Hamilton and the good folks at Star Labs sometimes have to keep especially dangerous criminals here under lock and key
22:08Unfortunately, even their security isn't foolproof
22:11It looks like one of them has escaped and hidden my anti-cryptonite suit in the service tunnels below Star Labs
22:17This is going to take some cunning
22:19The tunnel walls are lined with lead, which blocks my X-ray vision
22:22Thank you
22:52There's no escape now.
22:59On the right track.
23:06This one isn't going anywhere.
23:22I've got to get back on patrol.
23:34Congratulations!
23:36You have completed all the necessary activities
23:39and proved yourself worthy of access to Brainiac's Memory Orb
23:43here in Superman's Fortress of Solitude.
23:48From here you can go to the planet Krypton.
23:51Smallville or Metropolis and choose your activities.
23:55By clicking on the orbs you can experience worlds of the past
