00:00I know for a fact that we have classified these three Filipinos that were arrested as a consular issue.
00:14There has been a notification, the Chinese government notified us,
00:22and this is in Guangzhou, under the jurisdiction of the Philippine Consulate in Guangzhou.
00:32And there had also been, I think, the access to these three persons have been granted,
00:40and there are now discussions.
00:43Okay, the prosecutor of the Chinese government,
00:47I just want to say that we have already also hired a law firm to protect these Filipinos.
00:55So this is what we have done so far towards the protection of these three Filipinos in China.
