Speaking during a visit to China, Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese has affirmed his country's policy concerning Taiwan, which seeks to uphold the cross-strait status quo with no unilateral action from either side.

00:45Albanese made that statement while touring several Chinese cities, inking a deal to promote Chinese tourism to Australia.
00:51Meanwhile, Australian Defense Industry Minister Pat Conroy also said that Australia would not commit any troops in advance in line with his country's general defense policies.
