00:22Our perceptions can switch

00:24Just like our perspective can switch

00:26Like for me my whole thing was like

00:29People were always trying to take advantage of me

00:31People were always trying to pull at me

00:33And like get me to manipulate me

00:35And like get me to do stuff

00:37And I finally got to the point where I was just like

00:39People suck dude

00:41People are awful, people are always trying to hurt me

00:44So this is my perception of people

00:46So when I go to talk to people

00:48Obviously my attitude to them is going to be

00:50Pretty terrible if I think you suck

00:53Now I'm at a place where

00:55There's been so many people who I've overlooked

00:58Who were just trying to be gracious toward me

01:01And that I just completely overlooked

01:04No people are this, people are that

01:06So I just like I encourage people to just

01:08Drop those prior thoughts

01:11Or drop what you think you feel

01:14So that you can let someone in

01:16That might be waiting at your doorstep

01:19And might be the right person to let in
