00:00can you believe that you can make this adorable little gift bag from any old grocery bag all you

00:04have to do is cut out a rectangle from your bag with the bag laying horizontally you're going to

00:07fold over both sides so that they overlap just a little bit and then you're going to tape it down

00:12in the center then we're going to start making the base of the bag so you're going to fold the

00:16bottom up then within that section you're going to open it up and press both of the corners down

00:21then from that little hexagon you formed you're going to fold the top and the bottom sides down

00:26so that they overlap a little bit and tape that together then we're just going to do one more fold

00:30on each side that aligns with the sides of the hexagons then you should be ready to open your

00:35bag up i decided to trim my bag down a little bit and i added two slits on each side and threaded

00:40ribbon through the back and tied a bow in the front to make the handles if you want a more standard bag

00:44without the bows you can reverse it thread the ribbon through the front and tie little knots in

00:48the back but that's just how easy it is to make your very own gift bag out of any old paper bag
