The collegium system should take this responsibility.He said, "There is a need for reform... The collegium system should take this responsibility... What kind of reform is needed? If this is clarified, then the matter of reform can be taken up by Parliament... However, the way the government wants to carry out reforms will gradually make the judiciary a captive, as is happening with other institutions today. Therefore, we are apprehensive about this word 'reform,' and we want that whatever outcome emerges, it should come only at the level of the judiciary."
