01:22it all began when a female attendant noticed blood stains in a school bathroom a natural occurrence that
01:28should have been handled with sensitivity and care instead what followed was nothing short of horrific
01:34according to the police reports the school's principal and staff took around 125 girls to the school's
01:40convention hall and displayed photos of the blood-stained bathroom tiles on a projector screen
01:46questioning the girls about who was menstruating those who admitted to being on their period were

01:56girls who said they weren't menstruating some as young as 10 were taking to the washroom where a

02:33station staging a sit-in protest shouting slogans against the school and their outrage was justified as one

03:02wednesday night the principal and a female attendant were arrested and five others including four teachers
03:08and two trustees were booked under serious charges including section 74 and 76 of the bhartiya nai sahita
03:16for outraging modesty and assault as well as the provisions of foxco act which protects children
03:22from sexual offenses on thursday july 10th the accused were sent to a 14-day judicial custody
03:28maharashtra chief minister devinder fadnavis has ordered a thorough probe with minister girish mahajan
03:35assuring that the state assembly will take strict action the maharasar women commission led by chair
03:40person rupali chakangar has also stepped in demanding swift justice and counseling for the
03:47traumatized girls but with four accused still on the run the shahapur police have deployed four teams to
