00:02:01I have a very deep personal investment in each one of the girls

00:02:08because I handpicked them

00:02:09but I relate to each young lady on a different level

00:02:12because their personalities are all so different

00:02:15We all, I think, connect with each other in different ways

00:02:21because our personalities are so different

00:02:23and yet we have such a common bond together

00:02:26Force left, five, six, seven, and eight

00:02:28So many different personalities

00:02:30That's what makes the group so dynamic

00:02:33We're all very unique

00:02:35You got me at the end of my banana

00:02:37Each girl just brings so much to our team

00:02:40I'm overjoyed with the amount of success that we've had

00:02:47in such a short amount of time

00:02:49We've really become a staple of the show

00:02:50I don't think anybody really knows how much work all seven of us do put in to make this a really good product

00:03:04Luckily, the job is a fun job and it's a great job

00:03:09We never expected that the Nitro Girls was going to just take off the way that it had

00:03:13The energy was incredible

00:03:15The crowd was going crazy the entire night

00:03:18And, you know, people were screaming and hollering

00:03:20And just really into the girls

00:03:22I thought, this is incredible

00:03:23Being a Nitro Girl has been so much fun

00:03:27The experience is overwhelming, really

00:03:30Being able to travel

00:03:32I mean, every Monday night, we're in a different state

00:03:34Nitro is high energy

00:03:36It's fun

00:03:36We're fast

00:03:37We're dancing

00:03:38We're doing a lot of hip-hop

00:03:39Jamming little interviews

00:03:40Quick little snippets

00:03:41I think everybody's used to seeing the Nitro Girls in the middle of the ring

00:03:44Doing all this techno

00:03:45Real hard

00:03:46Core

00:03:47You know, dance steps

00:03:48It's very rewarding

00:03:50That you're doing something

00:03:52And people are actually recognizing you for what you're doing

00:03:56The fans are, you know, number one really to me

00:03:59A lot of times what happens is the fans really bring us up

00:04:02Because that's what this is all about

00:04:04I think our best experience has just been the girls

00:04:08I mean, we have really bonded together

00:04:10It's a true sisterhood

00:04:12It is

00:04:12Right

00:04:13And I've got to say that all of the girls have done a wonderful job

00:04:17In embracing me and helping me just feel welcome

00:04:20And what's really, really neat about it is that we all get along like family

00:04:24And we can laugh and cut up and get crazy

00:04:27We've had a lot of really cool experiences

00:04:29And that's when the group dynamic really gets kicking

00:04:32Because all of us together is a whole lot of fun

00:04:36Everybody's just so wonderful

00:04:38And it's such a family kind of feel that you're just like

00:04:45And I didn't expect six

00:04:47We're willing to go the extra mile rather than just get by

00:04:51You know, and that's what's really great about every member of this team
