00:01Several families we've worked from are obviously upset
00:04because they say that those warnings,
00:06those alerts didn't go out in time,
00:08and they also say that people could have been saved.
00:11What do you say to those families?
00:13Well, I think everyone did an incredible job
00:15under the circumstances.
00:16This was, I guess Christy said,
00:18a one in 500, one in 1,000 years,
00:21and I just have admiration for the job that everybody did.
00:25There was just admiration.
00:27The only bad person would ask a question like that,
00:33to be honest with you.
00:34I don't know who you are,
00:35but only a very evil person would ask a question like that.
00:38I think this has been heroism.
00:40This has been incredible, really.
00:42The job you've all done,
00:43it's easy to sit back and say,
00:45oh, what could have happened here or there, you know?
00:48Maybe we could have done something differently.
00:49This was a thing that has never happened before.
