Could electric aeroplanes be the future of flight? Watch Denmark’s first test flight  The plane can be charged using a standard fast charger for electric cars in just 20 to 40 minutes, according to its developers. Experts say airports will need to gradually expand charging infrastructures for electric aircraft. 00:00If we're talking about domestic flying, we have an ambition about zero-emission flying in 2020-2030.

00:22So that's our ambition.

00:24We don't want people to make new choices about the way they fly.

00:29We just want them to fly more green.

00:51It's about the time it takes to offload people or packages and cargo.

00:55You get it reloaded and you're ready to go again.

00:59There's not existing infrastructure in the ground in Europe like there is in the United States today.

01:17And obviously that's all in the ground.

01:19So we look forward to a day when there's charge infrastructure all over Europe and we don't have to do that.

01:24We have the stands where the aircrafts typically are parked and turned around.

01:28And for those stands we will have to adapt them also with electrical charging devices.

01:33So we can have a mix of traditional aircrafts and in the future when these aircrafts come from town that we can also handle such aircrafts.
