00:00An opening text states that during the last 30 years, the FBI has documented that more murders
00:05have occurred within the healthcare profession than any other profession. It has also produced
00:10the greatest number of known serial killers. As the movie begins, a captivating woman named
00:16Abigail, or Abby Russell, applies makeup in the ladies' room before stepping out to a gathering
00:21filled with what she refers to as unfaithful husbands. Abby narrates that the way she's
00:27dressed is merely a disguise to lure the dangerous predators who walk among us. This is their jungle,
00:34their breeding ground, and tonight, she's on the hunt. One of the men hides his wedding ring upon
00:40seeing her and tries to buy her a drink. She then slips a bill into his pocket and removes his ring,
00:46questioning what his wife would think. Afterward, Abby takes a shot and walks away, but still beckons
00:52him to follow. I always give them one last chance, she says. The two end up on the rooftop,
00:59and the man asks her for her name, but she tells him to call her whatever he wants.
01:04Abby flirts with the man, takes his wallet, and taunts him with his own personal details.
01:09The man, named Fred, initially enjoys her teasing and shamelessly admits his infidelity
01:14until Abby slices the femoral artery in his thigh. Abby mocks Fred's desperate situation,
01:20like a predator toying with its prey. She lets him know that at the rate he's bleeding,
01:26he'll be dead in a few minutes. Abby then tells him he has a couple of choices.
01:31He could either head down the stairs, with the inevitability of losing all consciousness in
01:36approximately 90 seconds, or he could take the fast way down, after which she pushes the profusely
01:41bleeding Fred off the rooftop, leaving him impaled on a spiked fence below. The next day,
01:47Abby walks through the halls of All Saints Memorial Hospital, where she excels as a top-performing
01:53nurse. She describes the predatory nature of the male employees there, as well as each of them
01:59getting a newbie to mentor, with Abby's being a newcomer named Danny Rogers. She sees a lot of
02:05herself in Danny for when Abby first started. In Abby's words, she has the looks, the insecurities,
02:11and the emotional credentials to really make a difference. By day, Abby diligently carries out
02:17her medical duties while luring and killing unfaithful men by night. During a welcoming
02:22ceremony, All Saints Memorial Hospital's chief of staff, Dr. Robert Morris, greets the newly hired
02:28nurses, calling them Angels of Mercy. Head nurse Betty Watson speaks next, congratulating the newcomers
02:34joining the nurse's corps, and pinning a medal on a beaming Danny. After the ceremony, Danny introduces
02:41Abby to her mother, her boyfriend Steve, and her stepfather, Dr. Larry Cook, who is a psychiatrist.
02:48Abby holds Larry's hand a bit longer than usual, then leaves as Steve toasts Danny's success.
02:54On Danny's first day of duty, in one of the hospital's dimly lit wards, she is grabbed by a man
02:59from the shadows. But it turns out to be Steve, who works as a paramedic and proceeds to get intimate
03:05with her. The two abruptly halt their tryst when Danny balks at Steve's suggestion to move in with
03:10him, citing numerous adjustments she's making in life. Then, a nurse named Regina interrupts their
03:17argument, and the two hurriedly get dressed. Later on, Dr. Morris reprimands Danny, who is shocked
03:24and paralyzed by the gruesome sight of patients arriving at the hospital. Inside, Abby observes,
03:29noting how Dr. Morris enjoys treating new nurses with hostility. At the end of their shift, Abby sees
03:35Danny in the locker room, arguing on the phone with Steve about his lack of empathy. Abby walks in to
03:41get changed, annoyed that Danny turned to her boyfriend instead of her. She reassures the newbie,
03:47who is still agonizing over her mistake, by saying that no one died, and after a while, she'll start to
03:53realize that whatever she's going through, it's a hundred times worse for that person on the gurney.
03:58To cheer Danny up, Abby invites her out for a drink that night. Afterward, Danny, accompanied
04:04by Abby, spots Larry picking up a woman from a nearby hotel. Danny confronts her stepfather,
04:11but he brushes her off after making feeble excuses and then drives away with his mistress.
04:16Moments later, in a nightclub, Abby gets Danny drunk and takes her to the dance floor.
04:22Danny is unaware that there's something in her drink,
04:24and it isn't long before Abby is kissing her and taking pictures of the act. Abby then grabs a guy
04:29who joined them and pushes him to make out with Danny, who eventually ends up in bed with the
04:34stranger. The next morning, Danny wakes up feeling groggy in Abby's apartment and has no recollection
04:39of what happened the previous night. Danny asks if she called Steve back, and Abby tells her she
04:45texted him as her. Abby suggests she call in sick and spend the day with her, assuring they'll have
04:51so much fun. But Danny declines Abby's suggestion, as it's her first week working at the hospital,
04:56and doesn't want to give off the wrong impression. She then looks for her clothes. Abby thinks to
05:02herself how Danny is getting all weird being in denial of what happened, and fearing Steve might
05:07find out she slept with a stranger. Abby gives Danny one of her clothes, since she can't seem to find
05:12hers. An infatuated Abby watches Danny while the latter gets dressed. Before leaving, Danny suggests that
05:20next time, they should just do lunch or shopping instead of getting freaky, much to Abby's dismay.
05:26After Danny leaves for work, Abby downloads the incriminating photos from her phone to her laptop.
05:31A few hours later, Abby is hailed by a guy on a bicycle who chats with her. The guy, Jared,
05:38who transports cadavers to the anatomy lab, worries about Abby going out alone at night.
05:43He lets her know that if she needs protection, he'd be happy to accompany you. She admires Jared's
05:49concern, kisses him on the cheek, and then gets in a cab to 75 Rockefeller. Abby visits Larry's office
05:57as a patient, fully aware that the man is a cheater. She admits to being addicted to men,
06:04recounting how it was rooted in her admiration for her doctor father when she was young.
06:08When Abby asks if he could help her, Larry informs her that curing addiction is a process,
06:13and there are addiction programs and treatment centers that he can recommend, while they continue
06:18to work on it in their sessions. He then tells her their time is up, and he'll see her in next week's
06:23session. He gives Abby his cell number in case she needs him sooner, which she accepts with a touch
06:28of flattery and seduction before leaving. The next day at the hospital, Danny receives a vase of flowers
06:34from Steve with an envelope that's already ripped open, leaving her confused. Later, Dr. Morris instructs
06:41Abby to administer vecuronium to his patient to keep him immobilized while under observation.
06:45He also subjects an uncomfortable Danny to some lewd behavior, which Abby witnesses.
06:51When Danny goes to fetch vecuronium for Abby, Morris makes another inappropriate pass at her.
06:58Feeling slighted by Steve and Danny's affection for each other, Abby sneaks into the locker room
07:02and smashes Danny's vase of flowers. She states that she's not some toy to be played with and tossed
07:08aside, and believes Danny needs her, whether she knows it or not. Danny later emerges from the shower
07:14to find Abby worrying while cleaning up the vase. Danny dismisses it, and the two start talking
07:19about Steve. Danny tells her that Steve is pressuring her to move in, which Abby strongly disagrees with,
07:26telling her she should never let a man pressure her. But Danny says he's a good guy, and they then
07:31talk about how Danny got together with her boyfriend. As it turns out, Danny met Steve when they were
07:36freshmen in college and started dating a couple of years ago. She says he was really there for her
07:41when her father died in a car accident. Abby empathizes and recalls how she lost her father
07:47when she was eight years old. Abby then gives Danny a spare key, offering her apartment as a refuge from
07:53either Larry or Steve. Danny explains that the only reason she goes home is to protect her mom from
07:59Larry, which Steve apparently doesn't understand, but Abby says she does, telling her she wants to
08:04protect her mother just like every daughter. That night, Abby meets with Larry in a provocative outfit
08:10and gets into his car. He asks her if there's something wrong, and she tells him her addiction
08:15is happening again. The two have a veiled discussion on where they can treat Abby's addiction, and Larry
08:20drives off to a dark alley. Once parked, Larry tells her she's his favorite client, after which he
08:26proposes they get a hotel room. Abby, on the other hand, wants to do it in the car, so he starts
08:31caressing her. Abby teasingly ties him up, pulls out a syringe, and injects him with a paralyzing
08:37chemical, Vecuronium, in the neck. Abby then taunts the psychiatrist, saying his death would leave his
08:44wife a huge amount of money without her ever finding out he was a cheater. The way she sees it, it's a
08:50win-win. After putting the vehicle in reverse, she exits the car, reveling in the fact that Larry's
08:56demise is the ideal opportunity to get closer to Danny. The car rolls backward with the paralyzed
09:02Larry inside, until a truck collides with it. Larry is thrown against the passenger side window,
09:07and Abby retrieves the ribbon she used to tie him up, and her jacket left in the car, while pretending
09:12to call 911, which in fact is Maestro's, as she orders a special meal. Then she leaves, as cops rush
09:19to the crash site. Later that night, Abby returns to her apartment building, greets Jared, who thought
09:25she was an intruder, and goes inside her unit. However, she finds Danny sitting in the kitchen,
09:31and the girl tearfully tells her that Larry has been killed. Abby embraces her, promising to take
09:37care of her. Afterward, Abby comforts Danny, but Danny tells her that she'll be moving in with Steve.
09:43Abby lashes out like a scorned lover, saying she's the only one who understands her and to forget about
09:49Steve, which causes Danny to decide to leave out of fear and confusion.
09:55Abby intercepts Danny's rush for the door, spitefully mouthing off specific details about Larry's death.
10:01This freaks Danny out even more since she never mentioned Larry was in a car crash,
10:06and she leaves the apartment.
10:08After attending Larry's funeral, Danny sees Abby talking to a man. The man then approaches Danny,
10:14introducing himself as Detective Rogan, who's in charge of investigating Larry's case.
10:19Steve tells him it's probably not the best time, but Rogan states he needs to speak with anybody
10:24who saw her stepfather the day he was killed. He leaves his calling card in case Danny has any
10:29information she might want to relay later. Danny then confronts Abby, who assumes a pitiful
10:34demeanor, and informs her that she was one of Larry's patients. Abby offers her condolences and walks
10:40away, resolving to focus her attention back on her night job. Days later, Regina complains about a
10:47perky female employee going around the hospital slapping smiley stickers everywhere. Danny, on the
10:53other hand, is shocked upon receiving a message containing pictures of her wild night with Abby
10:58and the random guy. Danny closes the message and bolts out of her seat just as the smiling lady
11:03enters their office. The lady, new HR director Rachel Adams, acquires Abby's whereabouts from
11:10Regina before handing her a smiley sticker. Rachel finds Abby tending to a patient, noticing how the
11:16nurse looks like someone she knew but can't quite place how or where. After advising on work-related
11:21matters, Rachel realizes that Abby looks like her neighbor, Sarah Price, who was sent to Sunnyview
11:27Institute as a kid. She also recounts how Sarah put up her mother's house for sale the last time she
11:32saw her. Danny overhears this just as Abby watches Rachel leave. That night, as Rachel is on her way out,
11:38she started by employees getting nasty inside a private office. She then encounters Abby, who
11:44invites a startled Rachel for a drink at a place called the Sutton, which the HR director cheerfully
11:49accepts. At home, Danny is packing things into her car when Abby calls, saying she feels like Danny is
11:55avoiding her. She then invites her for a night out with Rachel. Clutching a huge bag, Danny declines and
12:03lies about being at Steve's house, but Abby notes the bag, implying she's somewhere nearby. Abby drops the
12:09call, and Danny drives away, unnerved. Abby narrates that she was confused by Danny's behavior. Larry was
12:16her stepfather, who she hated with all her heart. He's gone, and yet she's mad at her. She says that she
12:22failed as a mentor, and Danny failed as a friend. Arriving at Steve's place, Danny notices the computer
12:28chime with an email notification. She opens the message to reveal a trove of pictures of her
12:34depraved night with Abby and the stranger. Steve shows up, and Danny manages to distract him by
12:40making out with him, and asking for her water bottle, which gives her enough time to delete the
12:45pictures from the computer. Yet, he notices her odd behavior toward the computer, and asks her if she
12:51is looking at porn. But she dismisses it as just clearing spam. The two try getting intimate, but a
12:58nervous Danny blurts out about Abby's connection to Larry. She says they were getting close, and she
13:03never told her about that. When Steve then asks when the two of them become close, she corrects him
13:09that they're not. At least, Abby thinks they are. At that moment, he receives a text, and is summoned to
13:16work. Steve promises to hear out whatever is bothering Danny later before leaving. Later that
13:22night, Danny wakes up to a video call on her laptop, which turns out to be from an intoxicated Rachel.
13:29Abby stalks behind the giggling woman, producing a large syringe aimed at Rachel, which prompts Danny
13:34to shriek warnings at the screen. Just as the needle is poised to pierce Rachel's neck, the call ends.
13:41Danny immediately calls 911 to report that she just saw someone being killed. She explains it was
13:46online, and directs the dispatcher to Abby's address, but then receives another video call
13:51from Abby. The deranged nurse displays Rachel's limp body while issuing threats and clutching a doll
13:56before dropping the call. The next day, Danny makes a statement at the police station, but sees Abby
14:03leaving the place after speaking to Rogan. In her narration, Abby expresses how pathetic it is that
14:09Danny called the cops on her. She told Rogan Danny was a damaged little girl, and it pained her so much
14:15to see her this way. Abby says she might have even squeezed out a tear. The detective then tells Danny
14:21she's lucky that her friend is not pressing charges by informing her that Rachel is fine,
14:27that she just drank too much and passed out on Abby's couch. He confronts her about accusing Abby
14:32of killing the HR director just as Steve arrives. She can't just call 911 and accuse someone of murder.
14:39Danny argues that Abby is messing with her, but Rogan counters that it's she who has an obsession
14:45said she broke into her apartment the night her stepfather died. Rogan believes she must have
14:50made a copy of Abby's key. When Danny refutes this, the detective reveals the pictures of her and Abby
14:56kissing in the club to Steve's horror. Unable to prove that Abby put something in her drink that night,
15:02Danny is told to stay away from Abby. Danny then accuses Abby of killing Larry, but Rogan notes that
15:08Vecuronium was found in the man's system. The detective also remarks that Danny signed out the same
15:13paralytic substance the day her stepfather died, which then makes her a prime suspect.
15:19Regardless, Rogan lets her go. As they leave the police station, Danny attempts to explain herself
15:25to Steve but to no avail. Furious at what he saw as a gross betrayal, Steve rides off saying he won't
15:31be home tonight, leaving Danny on the street. Later in the hospital, Abby spots Danny talking to Dr.
15:37Morris in his office. Meanwhile, Rachel is about to look up pictures of Sarah Price,
15:42when someone covers her mouth with a cloth and grabs her from her seat, that someone then clears
15:47the tab of Sarah's information. A few days later, Danny visits Sunnyview Institute, where an orderly
15:53says he hasn't thought about Sarah since she left her when she was 18. He then recounts Sarah Price's
15:58history to Danny. As it turns out, Sarah walked in on her father while he was engaged in an inappropriate
16:04activity with his nurse. After her father injured her mother in the ensuing confrontation,
16:09Sarah slit the man's throat open with a scalpel. Sarah was then sent to Sunnyview after the nurse
16:15testified in favor of the mother. The orderly says Sarah was a very complicated kid, who stuck to
16:21herself most of the time. They look at one of Sarah's old photos, where she is shown holding a
16:26doll strikingly similar to the one Abby had in the video call. The orderly then recalls that after Sarah's
16:32mother took her own life, the child found a mother figure and a nurse named Janet. The two were so
16:38close that when Sarah got released she went and lived with Janet. Sarah used to come around the
16:43institution until Janet retired and she then just disappeared. Danny is shown a picture of the nurse,
16:49whose full name was Janet Abigail Russell, implying that Sarah took the name for her own. Back at the
16:55hospital, Dr. Morris summons Abby in response to a complaint made about her by Danny. He then makes an
17:01indecent proposal to Abby, which she gladly accepts. Luring the doctor to the morgue, Abby grabs him and
17:07covers his mouth with a chemical-soaked cloth. Dr. Morris later wakes up gagged and bound to an autopsy
17:13table as Abby proceeds to carve the word pig into his chest with a scalpel. After threatening the
17:19doctor with numerous ways of dismemberment, Abby grabs a surgical power tool to sever his arm.
17:24Meanwhile, Danny contacts Regina in the hospital and asks the nurse to connect her to Rachel's phone
17:31while driving back. Rachel's phone rings, but Danny hears a phone ringing from somewhere in her car,
17:37eventually pulling over and finding it spattered with blood in the trunk. Danny calls Abby, who's
17:42having a wild time with Rogan. Abby answers the phone as Rogan goes to take a shower, and Danny asks her
17:48what she did to Rachel. Abby then alludes to Rachel's bloody fate, already framing Danny for the deed
17:53while threatening Steve. As the call ends, Danny warns Steve through voicemail that even if he
17:59doesn't believe her, he should stay away from Abby. She then rushes to the hospital. At the same time,
18:05Abby leaves Rogan without a word. Danny eventually arrives outside the hospital just as Steve unknowingly
18:10gets into an elevator with Abby. In the police station, Rogan gets inside his office and hears a
18:16voicemail from Danny, urging him to confirm Abby's true identity with Sunnyview. When Danny reaches the
18:21hospital corridors, she spots a nonchalant Abby and demands to know where Steve is, but Abby pushes
18:27her away. The two get into a scuffle, during which Danny calls Abby by her real name, which prompts her
18:33to shove Danny against the wall. Regina tries to interfere, but Abby smacks her unconscious to the
18:39floor. Danny pushes Abby into a laboratory, and they shove each other into the glass cases, scattering
18:45shards everywhere. Abby almost stabs Danny, but the latter manages to knock the crazy nurse back
18:51with an instrument. Running away, Abby tricks a guard by telling him Danny is after her, and then
18:57shocks the guard unconscious with a defibrillator just as he calls for backup. Danny pursues her,
19:03telling the other nurses to call the police. She catches up to Abby and charges at her, ending up on the
19:08operating room floor. Then, a policeman arrives and helps Danny get up. However, Abby stabs the officer
19:16through the throat with scissors, ready to kill Danny next. Calling Abby by the name Sarah, Danny
19:22tries persuading her out of her murderous spree by telling Abby she cares about her, but Abby says she
19:27had her chance to be her friend, and slashes her across her back. Another officer tackles Abby to the
19:32floor, but she stabs him in the eye instead, screaming after an escaping Danny. Abby soon
19:38catches up to Danny, who overpowers her and seemingly knocks her unconscious. Then, Steve arrives and
19:44tries to calm Danny down. After a brief and stressed exchange, the two look back down to see Abby has
19:50slipped away. The two chase after Abby, but she locks herself inside a ward filled with patients and
19:55maims everyone in sight. Steve manages to break the door open with a stool while Abby hides behind a
20:01curtain, and he and Danny rush inside to give first aid to the bleeding patients. Abby then gets a jump on
20:07the two by pretending to be an injured patient, kissing Danny, and stabbing Steve in the neck.
20:12Danny tends to Steve, and Abby escapes yet again covered in blood. She runs into an unsuspecting
20:18doctor and gets treatment for her wound. Later, after getting all cleaned up, Abby leaves her apartment
20:23just as Rogan shows up pointing a gun and arrests her for her connection to Larry's death. Abby tries but
20:29fails to seduce the detective and resorts to pretending to be in distress, saying,
20:33don't shoot me, after noticing Jared peering from a door nearby. Moments later, Jared comes up and
20:39swings a baseball bat on Rogan's head, killing him. Jared freaks out after finding out the man he
20:44just killed is a cop. Abby assures him they can handle this, as they just need to make this go
20:50away. She tells him that the police are going to turn things around and make Jared look like the bad
20:54guy. She says he did the right thing, and thanks him for being there for her. Abby then exploits Jared's
21:01kindness to persuade the guy to dispose of the detective's body. She looks on and says there
21:06are two sides to every story. Some would see this chapter of her life as the work of a sick woman,
21:11but the way she sees it, everybody's better off. The wives, the kids, and their bank accounts.
21:17A few less scumbags to spread unhappiness. Her work here is done. In the final scene is after some time
21:24where Abby is shown to have assumed a new identity at another hospital, that of Human Resources employee
21:29Rachel Owens. Subscribe for more videos like this. Turn on notifications and leave a like to help the
