00:00And then Ordinary World, I think, is a song that still resonates with the world,

00:07possibly even more so than when we released it,

00:10because it's a very sad place on so many levels at present.

00:17And there's so many great people in the world, all over, in every country,

00:24that do want to think positively and move forward with their lives.

00:30And a lot of it is being spoiled by greed, anger, some religious conflicts,

00:41and it's causing a lot of misery for people.

00:44And so, as a band, Duran Duran has always represented hope.

00:50I think you need hope.

00:53The Wild Boys that are left will be on stage in Sardinia on Saturday night,

00:58and we're very much looking forward to that because we have never played in Sardinia before.

01:05And I don't know when we will ever play there again.

01:08It's really a one-off event.

01:10So, yeah, we're hoping it's going to be something very special.

01:15Sardinia in a beautiful place.

01:18We're coming to have fun.

01:19We want everybody that comes to the show to leave there feeling like their spirits have been lifted.

01:28The show's got a lot of energy.

01:33And I think people know at this point what Duran Duran is about.

01:39There'll be plenty of songs in there that people will be familiar with.

01:44Hopefully a couple of surprises.

01:48And it's really actually a beautiful arena.

01:52It's not too big.

01:55And I saw Sting there last year was what made me actually say,

02:00yes, we should play there.
