00:00In the name of Allah, the entirely merciful, the especially merciful.

00:30Allah is created from her wife and the other people of Allah and the other people of Allah and the other people of Allah and the other people of Allah.

00:56O mankind, fear your Lord who created you from one soul

01:26and created from it its mate and dispersed from both of them many men and women.

01:32And fear Allah, through whom you ask one another and the wombs.

01:37Indeed, Allah is ever over you, an observer.

02:26Do not consume their properties and do not substitute the defective of your own for the good of theirs.

02:31And do not consume their properties into your own.

02:35Indeed, that is ever a great sin.

02:40وَإِنْ خِفْتُمْ أَلَّا تُقْسِطُوا فِي الْيَتَامَا فَانْكِحُوا مَا طَابَ لَكُمْ مِنَ النِّسَاءِ مَثْنَا وَسُلَاسَ وَارُبَاعِ

02:57فَإِنْ خِفْتُمْ أَلَّا تَعْدِلُوا فَوَاحِدَةً أَوْمَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُكُمْ

03:06ذَلِكَ أَدْنَا أَلَّا تَعُولُوا

03:13اور اگر تم کو اس بات کا خوف ہو

03:15کہ یتیم لڑکیوں کے بارے میں انصاف نہ کر سکوگے

03:18تو ان کے سوا جو عورتیں تم کو پسند ہوں

03:21دو دو یا تین تین یا چار چار ان سے نکاح کر لو

03:25اور اگر اس بات کا اندیشہ ہو

03:27کہ سب عورتوں سے یقصہ سلوک نہ کر سکوگے

03:30تو ایک عورت کافی ہے

03:32یا لانڈی جس کے تم مالک ہو

03:35سب عورتوں سےول ظا98 matter

03:37اور اگر اس بات کا اندیشہ ہو

07:20anticipating that they will grow up and whoever when acting as guardian is

07:27self-sufficient should refrain from taking a fee and whoever is poor let him

07:33take according to what is reasonable. Then when you release their property to

07:37them bring witnesses upon them and sufficient is Allah as accountant.

07:44لِلْرِجَالِ نَصِيبٌ مِّمَّا تَرَكَ الْوَالِدَانِ وَالْأَقْرَبُونَ وَلِلنِّسَاءِ نَصِيبٌ مِّمَّا تَرَكَ الْوَالِدَانِ وَالْأَقْرَبُونَ مِمَّا قَلَّ مِنْهُ أَوْ كَسُرٌ نَصِيبًا مَفْرُوضًا

08:13جو مال ماں باپ اور رشتدار چھوڑ مریں تھوڑا ہو یا بہت اس میں مردوں

08:19کا بھی حصہ ہے اور عورتوں کا بھی یہ حصے اللہ کے مقرر کیے ہوئے ہیں

08:24For men is a share of what the parents and close relatives leave and for women is a share

08:30of what the parents and close relatives leave be it little or much an obligatory share

08:36وَإِذَا حَضَرَ الْقِسْمَةَ أُولُو الْقُرْبَى وَالْيَتَامَى وَالْمَسَاكِينُ فَرْزُقُوهُمْ مِنْهُ وَقُولُوا لَهُمْ قَوْلًا مَعْرُوفًا

08:54اور جب میراس کی تخسیم کے وقت غیر وارث رشتدار اور یتیم اور محتاج آ جائیں

09:01تو ان کو بھی اس میں سے کچھ دے دیا کرو اور شیری کلامی سے پیش آیا کرو

09:06And when other relatives and orphans and the needy are present at the time of division

09:10then provide for them something out of the estate and speak to them words of appropriate kindness

09:16وَالْيَخْشَ الَّذِينَ لَوْ تَرَكُوا مِنْ خَلْفِهِمْ دُرِّيَّةً ضِعَافًا خَافُوا عَلَيْهِمْ فَلْيَتَّقُوا اللَّهَ وَلْيَقُولُوا قَوْلًا سَزِيدًا

09:36اور ایسے لوگوں کو ڈرنا چاہیے جو ایسی حالت میں ہوں

09:39کہ اپنے بعد ننے ننے بچے چھوڑ جائیں

09:42اور ان کو ان کی نسبت خوف ہو کہ ان کے مرنے کے بعد ان بیچاروں کا کیا حال ہوگا

09:48پس چاہیے کہ یہ لوگ اللہ سے ڈریں اور معقول بات کہیں

09:52And let those executors and guardians fear injustice

09:55as if they themselves had left weak offspring behind and feared for them

09:59So let them fear Allah and speak words of appropriate justice

10:04Indeed those who devour the property of orphans

10:34unjustly are only consuming into their bellies fire
