00:00:00Yes, seventh grade, they can play sports at school.
00:00:03So we told her, I mean, she's going to do volleyball, basketball, something in track.
00:00:07Just do something.
00:00:07She's going to foul out every game, but sure.
00:00:11I wonder where she gets that from.
00:00:12Her mama.
00:00:15I didn't foul out too much.
00:00:16Please.
00:00:17I didn't.
00:00:18Every picture I've seen of you in sports, you're hitting somebody, like the picture in the newspaper when you're playing softball and you're trucking the catcher.
00:00:26You're guarding the plate, brother.
00:00:30All right, we are already off to a stellar, stellar start.
00:00:47We are graced this week by none other than the queen herself.
00:00:54Are you okay?
00:00:57I'm okay.
00:00:58All right, hang on.
00:00:58We're going to give her a minute.
00:01:00We just, everybody good?
00:01:03I'm good.
00:01:03I'm good.
00:01:04All right.
00:01:04I'm good.
00:01:05Okay.
00:01:05Game face.
00:01:06Game face on.
00:01:07Professional.
00:01:08All right, all right.
00:01:09All right.
00:01:12Well, hey, we are super excited.
00:01:15No, we're not.
00:01:16We are really excited.
00:01:19We are really.
00:01:20Just joking.
00:01:21We are.
00:01:22Just joking.
00:01:23Super excited.
00:01:23That didn't really work for me.
00:01:24Can you tell that we're professional podcasters?
00:01:26Hey, yeah.
00:01:27Fake it till you make it.
00:01:28Fake it till you make it.
00:01:29Right?
00:01:29That's why I would do it.
00:01:30I mean, come on.
00:01:31Confidence is key.
00:01:32Fake it till you make it.
00:01:33We are so excited that you're here.
00:01:36Yes.
00:01:37And we will get our, we will get our stuff together here in a second.
00:01:42Maybe.
00:01:43Or we will completely.
00:01:44Or maybe not.
00:01:44Maybe not.
00:01:44We will completely come off the rails and get canceled.
00:01:50Wouldn't be the first time.
00:01:51Wouldn't be the first.
00:01:51Wouldn't be the first.
00:01:52Wouldn't be the first.
00:01:53It won't be the last.
00:01:56But that's just, that's the charm of what we do.
00:01:59I'll say something probably inappropriate and I'll pay the price later.
00:02:05But I just, look, I had to write this down and I'm not the, I don't know my own stuff
00:02:12and we only have an hour, but I have to run some of this stuff down here.
00:02:17Well, if this are accolades, remember that we only have an hour.
00:02:20I know.
00:02:21That's what I'm saying.
00:02:21That's the least important part.
00:02:23No, no, no, but it sets the, it sets the stage because I'm actually going somewhere
00:02:27with this.
00:02:27Okay.
00:02:28Okay.
00:02:29I thought you were going to go back to Roppongi.
00:02:31Well, that's kind of where it ends up.
00:02:33It was just like, see?
00:02:35That's exactly where I'm going.
00:02:36That's exactly where I knew.
00:02:37I just, I just.
00:02:39This story has not made it anywhere before.
00:02:42Yeah, this is, but I'm going to build it up right before I take you down.
00:02:46Oh, wow.
00:02:472014 Rookie of the Year.
00:02:50Main roster 2015.
00:02:53Pro Wrestling Insider.
00:02:56Woman of the Year 2016.
00:02:59Women Wrestler of the Year.
00:03:0114 time.
00:03:02Dang.
00:03:03World Champion.
00:03:05Let's see.
00:03:06What else?
00:03:06Let me flip the page.
00:03:09We've got Triple Crown winner.
00:03:15First, one of the first women to headline WrestleMania.
00:03:21I mean, I could keep going.
00:03:23Uh, and there's a couple of things that I want to get back to, but yeah, back to Roppongi.
00:03:30I, who knew, who knew, nobody, so I don't know if you're, if you're really familiar with
00:03:39the story, but I was, I was actually the Queen's babysitter for a night.
00:03:45Wait, hold on, hold on, hold on.
00:03:47Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait.
00:03:49Wait, he does tend to exaggerate.
00:03:51He goes, get up now, let's go.
00:03:53We're going home now.
00:03:55That's his way of babysitting.
00:03:56No, it was like, get up, go.
00:03:59Yeah.
00:03:59Okay, do tell, do tell.
00:04:01Your dad takes you on tour with him, right?
00:04:04It was a gift.
00:04:06It was a gift for signing to school early for a scholarship.
00:04:13For a letter, okay, a letter of intent.
00:04:14So, yeah, so I got early signing junior year and he's like, okay, you've trained hard
00:04:20or you've behaved all these years.
00:04:22I'm going to take you on the road.
00:04:24Now, is that something you wanted to do?
00:04:26Did you want to go on the road with him?
00:04:28Or was this something he just said here?
00:04:30No, I think he just wanted to travel with me.
00:04:33Oh, okay.
00:04:33Like, I was kind of like, oh, this will be fun, but I didn't realize it was going to be
00:04:35that much fun.
00:04:37But it wasn't like going on, relax, it wasn't like going on the road to like, oh, this is
00:04:47something I want to do.
00:04:48It was like, oh, I'm traveling with, yeah.
00:04:50Because there is a story, I have this image of you sitting in the makeup chair when my
00:04:58dad had his last match here in Orlando against Sean and at the time it was camping ground
00:05:06or what is it now or vice versa at the stadium and you were sitting in the chair getting
00:05:11your makeup done and you had big blonde hair and I was like, oh, I thought she was talking
00:05:16about me.
00:05:17No, no, no.
00:05:17But I just like looked at Michelle and I was like, oh my God, the divas are so pretty and
00:05:24they're so like, you looked like a rock star.
00:05:27Like I could have never imagined myself being that.
00:05:31Yeah, me either.
00:05:32I could have imagined myself being that either.
00:05:34To see, to be here now.
00:05:35Are you trying to divert?
00:05:37You were trying to divert.
00:05:38I got a story to tell here.
00:05:39No, but hang on on that note.
00:05:41Aren't I good?
00:05:42That was good for most people.
00:05:44That's good.
00:05:45But hang on because you always tell me I can't take a compliment.
00:05:47So thank you.
00:05:48That means a lot.
00:05:49No, really.
00:05:50Like just large, like the most beautiful woman in the world.
00:05:52I mean, just saying like the boots, the hair, the bedazzle.
00:05:57All an illusion.
00:05:58The makeup.
00:05:58Like it was just like, I was just like in awe.
00:06:01On the flip side, my very first time sitting in the makeup chair, your dad came up.
00:06:05Oh, shocker.
00:06:07Shocker.
00:06:08Shocker.
00:06:08But I couldn't believe I'm like, Ric Flair's here.
00:06:11I'm doing hair and makeup.
00:06:12Like what world am I living in?
00:06:14Okay, continue.
00:06:14But when he was on the road with me, that's where he spent all of his time.
00:06:17In the makeup chair.
00:06:18Was in makeup.
00:06:19Not getting makeup.
00:06:20Just in makeup.
00:06:20That's where the girls hang out.
00:06:22So, we're in Roppongi.
00:06:24Oh, God.
00:06:26So, it was, so this is kind of at the end of my nightlife.
00:06:33And I really, yeah, I wasn't on the road full time, but I was on.
00:06:36The end of your nightlife?
00:06:37My end of my nightlife.
00:06:38Wait, wait, wait.
00:06:38You see how he's being careful with himself here because I'm here.
00:06:41Yeah, I like the end of your nightlife.
00:06:42No, no.
00:06:42I calmed down.
00:06:44But occasionally, when I went on tour, then I, occasionally, I would go out with the guys
00:06:49and have a good, this is just one of those occasions where everyone ended up in the same
00:06:54place.
00:06:54Okay.
00:06:56Chavo, Shane, I think Tori was there.
00:07:01Batista.
00:07:01Batista.
00:07:02I mean, yeah, there were a ton of people there, right?
00:07:05Yeah.
00:07:05And everybody's out dancing, having a good time.
00:07:07I don't dance.
00:07:08I'm sitting in the room at the table.
00:07:09He does dance sometimes, guys.
00:07:11And it was like a revolving door of all of these people coming into me, giving me all their
00:07:15problems.
00:07:16And, you know, I'm having to calm Chavo down.
00:07:19Chavo, put your shirt back on.
00:07:20You're not going to fight Shane.
00:07:22Y'all need to calm down.
00:07:24I could see that.
00:07:24Well, word, at some point in the night, word gets back to me.
00:07:28Now, your dad had actually, your dad.
00:07:31You're really going into this whole story.
00:07:32Yeah, I'm going into it.
00:07:33This is good stuff.
00:07:35Well, I don't know where you're going to go with it.
00:07:37No, no, no.
00:07:37So I'm like, about to hold.
00:07:38No, you're good.
00:07:39Okay.
00:07:40You're welcome.
00:07:41You're good.
00:07:42You end up good.
00:07:42But, so I think your dad had to go.
00:07:46He had to go to Korea.
00:07:47Yes, he had to go to Korea.
00:07:49Wait, so he left you?
00:07:50He left me.
00:07:50Wait, wait.
00:07:51I didn't have a baby.
00:07:54Wait, your dad left you.
00:07:55My uncle Arn was so mad.
00:07:58Oh, I can't believe your dad left you.
00:08:00But not just like, because he's like, the boys.
00:08:03No, 1,000%.
00:08:04That's what I'm worried about.
00:08:05Well, thank goodness I was there.
00:08:06Wait, did you know he was going to leave?
00:08:08I have so many questions.
00:08:09Thank goodness my dad is respected.
00:08:11Exactly.
00:08:12Thank goodness my dad is respected.
00:08:14Me and your dad had a very good, good relationship.
00:08:17And probably threatened every single person I would imagine.
00:08:20So, it got to the point, like, somebody had made it, come and made me aware that, uh,
00:08:26Blair's kid is wasted.
00:08:31I didn't get out much.
00:08:33Obviously.
00:08:34Wow.
00:08:35You were, you were in the wrong place.
00:08:37And I was like, what?
00:08:39Like, I'm like, why is she even here?
00:08:43And I'm like, oh, okay.
00:08:45Uh, this is not going to be good.
00:08:47Where is she?
00:08:48So, I get up.
00:08:49And I go find her.
00:08:50And I, I was like, oh, no, no, no, no, no, no, no.
00:08:53This is absolutely not going to work.
00:08:56So, I'm trying to remember who it was.
00:08:59I don't know if it was, it may have been Bubba and Devon.
00:09:02I said, look, you two are taking her back.
00:09:06You're taking her back to the hotel and make sure she gets to her room.
00:09:09And I said, I swear, if either one of you two took.
00:09:12No, I think it was Ray.
00:09:12Was it Ray?
00:09:13Ray was in there.
00:09:13I knew Ray was involved in there, too.
00:09:15It was Ray.
00:09:16I think I ended up not trusting them, too.
00:09:18See, she knew it was.
00:09:19I had to go with somebody that I, that I truly trusted.
00:09:23And I said, like, okay, make sure.
00:09:26Then word gets back later in the night.
00:09:28Hey, she's in her room.
00:09:29Everything's good.
00:09:30I was like, oh, my.
00:09:31I wasn't going to do, I was just having fun.
00:09:33I didn't want to have to explain to your dad anything, you know.
00:09:36I had to get her out of jail or I had to do anything like that.
00:09:40I was like, she's good.
00:09:43Everything's fine.
00:09:44But, yeah, that's, that's where we actually met.
00:09:47That's where we met.
00:09:48Yeah.
00:09:49And that's, like.
00:09:50Taker made me go home.
00:09:51I did make you go home.
00:09:53You're grounded.
00:09:54Uncle Taker.
00:09:55Uncle Taker.
00:09:56Uncle Taker made you go home.
00:09:57Wow.
00:09:58But as I had watched that taxi drive away, I would have never imagined in a million years
00:10:05that there would be a list of accolades.
00:10:07Me neither.
00:10:08I mean.
00:10:09Same.
00:10:09You turned it around good, kid.
00:10:10I turned it around.
00:10:11I really did.
00:10:13I turned it around.
00:10:14Now, I, I, I, now we jump forward.
00:10:18We jump forward.
00:10:19Now, I'm also responsible for probably giving you the absolute worst advice I ever give anyone.
00:10:26Oh.
00:10:26Do you remember that?
00:10:28She's like, which time?
00:10:30What do you mean, which time?
00:10:32It's only once.
00:10:33One time I missed.
00:10:35One time.
00:10:35Like you, I think you were here.
00:10:37You were here in Orlando.
00:10:38You were training and I remember because I was, I was in Orlando getting ready for a
00:10:46mania and I'd watched you work and I was like, I pulled you aside and I was like, you
00:10:52know, I think you might want to kind of pave, you, you might want to develop a different
00:10:59personality and do, do something different.
00:11:03And I was, and you shook your head just like you just did.
00:11:06You were like, maybe I'd never have been so wrong on anything.
00:11:13It could have gone either way.
00:11:15It really, I mean.
00:11:16It was a difficult task.
00:11:17It was a difficult task, but I feel like if I could do one thing over, I wish I would have
00:11:24done just as I was making, like, I still feel like I have room to improve, to get better,
00:11:33to grow just because that's who I am.
00:11:35But I wish I could have owned it more, like taken it to the next level.
00:11:40Like, had I not had such, well, I still have a chip on my shoulder, but had I not been,
00:11:47no, but I'm really good guys, even though I'm Rick's kid, instead of going, yeah, it doesn't
00:11:51matter, I'm Rick's kid, and like rode that wave.
00:11:54I didn't know how to do that as an athlete.
00:11:56Now I understand the entertainment part of it.
00:11:58Right.
00:11:58But it's also hard because honest to goodness, and it's not to that extent, but people literally
00:12:04don't think I have a name.
00:12:05It's Undertaker's wife, and it drives me crazy.
00:12:08I'm like, I'm a freaking person.
00:12:09I have a first and last name, actually.
00:12:12So, I mean, I can't imagine being, has there been a moment where you feel like you've come
00:12:18to be just Charlotte, or do you still feel like it's always-
00:12:22No, I feel like I'm Charlotte, but my dad is, I mean, he just translates to anyone that
00:12:31doesn't, like, doesn't even watch wrestling.
00:12:32Right.
00:12:33Not that I don't either, like Women Empowerment, but he's just who he is, and I've never, like,
00:12:38I don't, freedom is not caring what people think, and he has that, and I still feel like
00:12:46there are moments, like, some days good, some days bad, some days I care, some days I don't
00:12:51care.
00:12:51Yeah.
00:12:52When I shouldn't, he just, he is who he is, and, like, his persona is, or, like, who Ric
00:12:59Flair is, who he is in real life.
00:13:00Right, right.
00:13:01Like, I might be glamorous in the ring, but really, like, if you're going to see me on
00:13:04the side of the street, I'm going to be in gym clothes, messy bun, drinking a smoothie.
00:13:08Right.
00:13:08But I'm just, there is a difference.
00:13:10But that's hard, right?
00:13:11I mean, getting out of that shadow, like, it's a great shadow to be in.
00:13:14I think I have in wrestling, but I still think, like, Ric Flair is, I mean, you go
00:13:18to real world.
00:13:19I think, yeah, no, I honestly think, and that was where I was going with that, is that you
00:13:24have taken that and made it your own.
00:13:26Made it my own.
00:13:26Yeah, yeah, yeah.
00:13:27That is, that's kind of where I felt like I gave you poor advice, because you did, you
00:13:33could have just, okay, yes, that's my dad, and I'm a copy of that.
00:13:40But you have taken it, you've taken it beyond and made it, you have become the queen, and
00:13:48I think if someone doesn't know who your dad is, and they just start watching wrestling,
00:13:54and I think that they would never in a million years think that you're a legacy to Flair,
00:14:01and that's a testament to your own ability and the work and everything that you've put
00:14:07into it, that was kind of where I was going with that.
00:14:10But that was still hard, like, I remember when I first came out, I'd be like, do I woo,
00:14:15do I not, where do I put my hands?
00:14:17I only do the strut in the ring sometimes to pop the boys in the back.
00:14:21Right.
00:14:21Like, that's not, because.
00:14:23The strut always gets a pop.
00:14:24No, I know, but I only do it, like, if it's dark or in break, just to make people,
00:14:29or like, I'll do the face flop.
00:14:30Yeah.
00:14:30On live events.
00:14:31But, like, I don't do that on.
00:14:33Yeah, you have your own.
00:14:34No, yeah, you have your own identity for sure.
00:14:37Your own distinct style.
00:14:38Because I move like him, too, if you watch, but that wasn't, like, just because I'm his
00:14:41kid.
00:14:41Right.
00:14:42We have similar mannerisms.
00:14:45I've had friends ask, do you try to do it?
00:14:47I'm like, no.
00:14:48It's my genetics.
00:14:49It's my dad.
00:14:50Literally.
00:14:51Yeah.
00:14:52Yeah.
00:14:52Yeah.
00:14:53Well, yeah, so I missed the boat on that one.
00:14:56I feel like I'm usually, I'm pretty good with advice, but that one I had to own up to that
00:15:01I, I may have missed on that one, but.
00:15:04But maybe that made me try harder to own it.
00:15:07Yeah.
00:15:07I guess it worked.
00:15:08Like, I don't know.
00:15:09Whatever, whatever happens.
00:15:10Well, I think when they had my dad be my manager for that first year, it was a real sink or
00:15:14swim moment.
00:15:15Oh, yeah.
00:15:15Like, either, because, like, even though it was in order to help me, like, when my dad's
00:15:21out there, he's not going, oh, let me, let me lessen the flair, so Charlotte, like, it
00:15:28was like.
00:15:28I'm out here.
00:15:29All right, brother.
00:15:30You want to go?
00:15:31This is my time.
00:15:33My TV time.
00:15:34My, like, that was such a, a big task that I was able to own because I was that eager to
00:15:43be like, no, like, he's the, he's the eye candy.
00:15:46Yeah.
00:15:47Like, and.
00:15:48What a testament to you, because, I mean, the biggest target ever that could be put on somebody's
00:15:51back was obviously put on yours with who he is, so, I mean, I can't.
00:15:55It worked.
00:15:56It worked out just fine, I think.
00:15:58How, how was it, though?
00:15:59Because I remember.
00:16:00Annoying.
00:16:01I bet.
00:16:02That's not even, like, that's not even a delicate.
00:16:04No.
00:16:05Yeah, because I know.
00:16:06The bus rides.
00:16:07I remember, that's exactly where I was going.
00:16:10I remember your dad, and obviously me and your dad have a lot of history back through
00:16:14the time, you know, so he's like, Marco, you know, and I could.
00:16:18Oh, my dad's wedding.
00:16:19Do y'all remember that?
00:16:21Yes.
00:16:21Oh, I forgot.
00:16:22We're going to pretend about that story.
00:16:25Oh.
00:16:26Scootalong.
00:16:27Scootalong.
00:16:27Scootalong.
00:16:27Scootalong on the street.
00:16:30Do you know what I'm talking?
00:16:33Oh, my goodness.
00:16:34I do remember.
00:16:35I do remember your dad's wedding.
00:16:36I do.
00:16:37The one on the ferry.
00:16:39Oh, man.
00:16:40Oh, my goodness.
00:16:40Okay.
00:16:41Okay.
00:16:41We digress again.
00:16:42We digress.
00:16:43But yeah, I remember just getting up on the bus a few times and seeing you back there.
00:16:51Mortified.
00:16:51Shaking your head like.
00:16:53Mortified.
00:16:54I'm just thinking, hey, it's Rick.
00:16:56But I never put myself in your, like.
00:16:58Which is probably what everybody was thinking.
00:16:59Oh, dad.
00:17:00Oh, man.
00:17:00Oh, God.
00:17:01Could you imagine?
00:17:01You have no idea.
00:17:05But the cool part of having him on the road was I could never take advice from him.
00:17:11Or, like, we never.
00:17:13He tells me things like, know who you are.
00:17:15Believe in yourself.
00:17:16I love you.
00:17:17I'm so proud of you.
00:17:18Very motivating and encouraging.
00:17:20But, like, listen to him, like, give me tips.
00:17:22Absolutely not.
00:17:23Like, one thing.
00:17:24Like, one time I threw a really bad clothesline.
00:17:26He was like, don't ever do that again.
00:17:28Because I did that.
00:17:29Yeah.
00:17:29He was like, don't throw a clothesline.
00:17:30If you're not going to throw it.
00:17:31And that stuck with me.
00:17:32But to see him sit there with the boys.
00:17:34And the boys really take a lot of knowledge from him.
00:17:38I was like, oh, like, my dad kind of knows what he's talking about.
00:17:41Because I don't view him.
00:17:43Yeah.
00:17:43Oh, yeah.
00:17:44So it was, like, crazy.
00:17:45But, like, that to me was so.
00:17:47Just like, wow.
00:17:48Like, he connects with them.
00:17:50Like, he connects with the boys.
00:17:51Like, to me, he's just dad.
00:17:52I'm like, can you be quiet?
00:17:54You don't know what you're talking about?
00:17:55Yeah.
00:17:56It is a different perspective.
00:17:57Yeah, yeah, yeah.
00:17:58That was, like, the best part of seeing him on the road.
00:18:00Is how much he meant to the talent.
00:18:02Yeah.
00:18:02That's special.
00:18:03Yeah.
00:18:04I think Kaya gets a tidbit of that.
00:18:05And the information he could give to them.
00:18:07Yeah.
00:18:08Because Kaya's constantly putting you in your place.
00:18:11Sir.
00:18:11And then she.
00:18:12Yeah.
00:18:12No, it should be, sir.
00:18:13It's like, I get too much grief.
00:18:16As Sean's daughter has so eloquently told me.
00:18:23I just flat out called him soft the other day.
00:18:25She said, yeah.
00:18:25He was great.
00:18:26I've gotten soft.
00:18:26It was so, mate.
00:18:27Cheyenne.
00:18:28It was so funny.
00:18:30Sean Michael's daughter, Cheyenne.
00:18:31Called.
00:18:32Called.
00:18:33Me.
00:18:33Soft.
00:18:34Oh.
00:18:35Yeah.
00:18:36Oh.
00:18:37Yeah.
00:18:38Yeah.
00:18:39Twice, I think.
00:18:39Twice.
00:18:40You know, it's just a Gen Z lingo.
00:18:42Oh, no, no, no.
00:18:43She was fire.
00:18:43No, no, no.
00:18:43She was very clear.
00:18:44She's very clear in her words.
00:18:45Soft is soft.
00:18:46Very clear in her words.
00:18:47Yes, very clear.
00:18:48She kind of stung a little bit.
00:18:49Made no bones about it.
00:18:51Yeah.
00:18:52I was trying to.
00:18:52I'm trying to relate.
00:18:53Like, I'm trying to, you know, here doing LFG, I'm trying to relate to 20-somethings.
00:18:59Don't try.
00:19:00It's too.
00:19:00No, it's too.
00:19:01But I can't.
00:19:01I can't.
00:19:03My generation was a little.
00:19:05Stiffer?
00:19:06A little rough.
00:19:06Yeah.
00:19:07A little rough.
00:19:07A little stiffer.
00:19:08A little stiffer.
00:19:09So, I'm trying to find that happy median.
00:19:12I mean, I can't browbeat them like we used to.
00:19:14Can't even rib them.
00:19:15I can't even rib them, right?
00:19:16I mean, not that I rib.
00:19:18I don't rib.
00:19:18I don't want to be ribbed.
00:19:21Just saying.
00:19:22But I thought soft was a little bit overboard.
00:19:26But she is Shawn Michaels' daughter.
00:19:28So, that explains a lot, too.
00:19:31That explains.
00:19:34I'm hungry.
00:19:35Well, you know, I don't like to cook.
00:19:37Actually, I really can't cook.
00:19:39And bless your heart, you've never complained.
00:19:41But I literally hate.
00:19:44I hate cooking.
00:19:45I hate everything about it.
00:19:46All the hours you have to spend in the kitchen, going to the grocery store, getting all the ingredients, trying to make it healthy, trying to tailor it to everybody's needs.
00:19:53Like, it's too much.
00:19:54I don't have time for that.
00:19:56Especially during the summer.
00:19:58Well, hopefully our factor meals have arrived and you don't have to worry about it.
00:20:02That's what's so great about factor meals.
00:20:03I don't have to worry about it.
00:20:05Up to 45 meals a week.
00:20:06I'm going to make sure there's a box in our kitchen every single week.
00:20:11You know what I like about them?
00:20:12What?
00:20:13Is that, you know, right now I'm really heavy into the protein.
00:20:17Buffing up.
00:20:18Yeah.
00:20:18I'm trying to buff up.
00:20:19Lean out.
00:20:20I can go protein plus.
00:20:22Or calorie smart.
00:20:25Or keto friendly.
00:20:27Keto friendly.
00:20:27You can design your meal plan wrapped around your nutritional needs.
00:20:32You know what my favorite part is?
00:20:34What's that?
00:20:34They arrive fresh, ready to eat.
00:20:37You know how, constantly on the go.
00:20:39Don't like to sit still.
00:20:40Right.
00:20:40I can take the meals for myself.
00:20:42I can take my meals for the family, wherever we're at.
00:20:45At home, work, vacation.
00:20:48Doesn't matter.
00:20:49Ready in two minutes.
00:20:50Zero prep, two minutes, and we're eating good.
00:20:54You know what we need to do?
00:20:54We need to actually pack our meals and bring them here to LFG.
00:20:58Exactly.
00:20:58And it's good.
00:20:59And you know my meals aren't always good.
00:21:01I wasn't going to say that out loud.
00:21:03I mean, you don't have to say that out loud, actually.
00:21:05But you just did.
00:21:06I did?
00:21:07You did.
00:21:08Yeah.
00:21:08It came out.
00:21:09You know I love you.
00:21:10I know.
00:21:10Yeah.
00:21:11Yeah.
00:21:11And I love you, which is why I'm ordering the meals.
00:21:13Yeah.
00:21:15Why don't you tell everybody how you order them?
00:21:17You can go to factormills.com.
00:21:21You can use the code 6feet50 and get 50% off your first order.
00:21:26And it's just that easy.
00:21:27You get to pick out your meals, tailor them to your needs, and wham, bam.
00:21:31Thank you, ma'am.
00:21:32Thank you, ma'am.
00:21:33Shows up on your doorstep.
00:21:34Why am I going hungry?
00:21:36You're not going hungry.
00:21:38I'm giving you food.
00:21:39It's just not good.
00:21:40The food's not good?
00:21:42My food's not good.
00:21:43Factor Mills food, however, lawless.
00:21:46There you have it.
00:21:48Factor Mills.
00:21:49Get yours today.
00:21:51So you touched on this a sec.
00:21:54I mean, you kind of mentioned, I know your heart.
00:21:57I know his heart.
00:21:59A lot of people want to think they know y'all's heart, but they don't know y'all's freaking
00:22:02heart.
00:22:02And that's irritating to me, so I can only imagine, well, they don't know my heart for that matter
00:22:06either.
00:22:07You've also said that confidence doesn't come natural.
00:22:10No.
00:22:11Can you just like touch?
00:22:12It's so hard to believe from somebody on the outside, obviously, watching you come out,
00:22:17be the queen, be who you are.
00:22:19And a lot of people don't realize we're superheroes in the ring.
00:22:22But when we come backstage, like we're normal people, like with normal struggles or struggles
00:22:27more than the norm.
00:22:27I think I struggled so much with like being told I wasn't diva enough or I needed to change
00:22:35my dress in promo class because I was wearing the same dress or I had flyaways or whatever
00:22:40it was, or the fans having an opinion or just being Rick's kid.
00:22:44Like, I really just developed this outer shell when my music would hit.
00:22:50And that's how I was able to get through it.
00:22:52Like, oh, you think I'm that?
00:22:53I'm going to be that.
00:22:54Yeah.
00:22:55And you have to.
00:22:56Or like I was, I was either going to get eaten alive or, or own it.
00:23:02But me knowing you, it still blows my mind.
00:23:04But it just made me harder each, like that, that shell got harder and harder.
00:23:08I was like time, because like, as I became more successful, that just, everyone wants
00:23:14to rip you down.
00:23:15One thousand percent.
00:23:16I was about to say, like, you, you get to a point, but is that hard?
00:23:19If people aren't talking, you're doing something wrong.
00:23:21True.
00:23:22But when your shell keeps hardening, and I'm speaking from personal experience, sometimes
00:23:26it ends up hurting me more.
00:23:28Oh, no, true.
00:23:29But when I have tried to, even in character, open up, it like.
00:23:35Backfires.
00:23:36Yeah, because you don't see this person that appears to have it all, going like, no, like,
00:23:45I struggle, or I've had, like, they're like, huh?
00:23:48They don't want to believe it.
00:23:48I think that's the thing.
00:23:49They don't see that.
00:23:49They don't want to see it, so they don't want to believe it.
00:23:51They don't feel it, so it comes across in genuine, or like, woe is me, and I haven't
00:23:57been able to like, crack that.
00:24:00So then when that happens, I go like, I shift completely, like, oh, really?
00:24:04Like, I will go, I will run the other way as fast as I can.
00:24:10It's hard for me, because, one, I do have a mouth on me.
00:24:15I know how to control it, but a lot of times I want to pop off, and I want to be like,
00:24:20I've struggled with infertility.
00:24:21Y'all have no idea how many times I've done IVF.
00:24:24You have no idea that, you know, I've walked backstage and got news that, you know, my nephew's
00:24:29been in a car wreck, like, you haven't, they have no idea.
00:24:33No, I know.
00:24:34I know.
00:24:35And it frustrates me.
00:24:38Yeah.
00:24:38Because they, they can't see the person behind the curtain.
00:24:42No.
00:24:43And like, yeah, no, like, last year, like, it sucked.
00:24:48And then coming back and just, woof.
00:24:53A lot.
00:24:53So then it just made me go, okay, you say I'm that, I'm going to be that.
00:24:58Mm-hmm.
00:24:59Because I had to be that in my personal life to get on the other side.
00:25:04So.
00:25:04Yeah, I think that's the biggest thing is that people don't think, again, I don't think
00:25:09they think we're human.
00:25:11No.
00:25:12And that we don't have legitimate things going on in our lives that we have to deal with
00:25:19on top of doing our job and performing at a level because it's such a, you know, I don't
00:25:25think people really understand the competition of what it is that we do, right?
00:25:30Obviously, we're scripted, but it's a competition.
00:25:33Yeah.
00:25:33Right, it's, you've got to stay on top of the ladder or you're trying to get to the
00:25:37top of the ladder and the people have, you know, we give these personas and I don't think
00:25:43they really think that those personas have another side and have the issues that we have
00:25:50to deal with, really personal issues.
00:25:53And because of what we do, we still have to go out and perform and do things.
00:25:59Like, I mean, you had an injury.
00:26:03You've got other personal issues going on and you've got all of that.
00:26:08The thing is that they, it doesn't register with them.
00:26:13Or it registers, but they're like, but you have all this other stuff.
00:26:15Yeah, they don't see it.
00:26:17They can't differentiate.
00:26:18Or it becomes like a joke because I have, well, because my dad's life is in the public eye.
00:26:25So if anything I do, it gets, it gets put in like the same.
00:26:30It gets lumped in.
00:26:31It gets lumped in.
00:26:32And so it's like, now is not the time on a, maybe like in five, six years when I write
00:26:38a book, but like, we're like, we're actually completely opposite.
00:26:43I just like, it's just been on, it's life.
00:26:46But wrestling is very unique where they really do believe we are.
00:26:55Like they believe you're Undertaker.
00:26:56They believe you're Michelle McCool.
00:26:58They believe I'm Charlotte Flair.
00:26:59Actually, no, I'm Ashley Flair from Charlotte, North Carolina.
00:27:03Right.
00:27:04Just trying to figure it out.
00:27:05Right.
00:27:06Yeah.
00:27:06Like, yeah, yeah, yeah.
00:27:08People believe they're really married to him and have hated me and given me death threats
00:27:11because I'm married to him.
00:27:13I'm like, guys, like, wow.
00:27:16That was just my mom.
00:27:16You can have him.
00:27:17I'm like, you can have him.
00:27:17That was just my mom.
00:27:19Wait.
00:27:22Your mom would, yeah.
00:27:23Look, your mama.
00:27:25Your mama.
00:27:25My mom told me, hey.
00:27:26I want to hear this tea.
00:27:27No, no, no.
00:27:28My mom just sat down.
00:27:29Don't mess with his mama.
00:27:30That is angel baby right there, Charlotte.
00:27:33Angel baby.
00:27:34And there's five boys.
00:27:36Are you the baby in the boys?
00:27:38I am.
00:27:39The angel baby.
00:27:40It took them five times to get it right.
00:27:41Oh, good Lord.
00:27:43But I was really excited because I, you know.
00:27:46See how quickly you pivoted real quick.
00:27:48I know I'm going back there, but, you know, I've made some really poor decisions in my life.
00:27:52Believe it or not, I have.
00:27:53Me too.
00:27:54Some really bad ones.
00:27:55And I felt like this time I got it right.
00:27:57I mean.
00:27:58Wait, you said that in past tense.
00:28:00Well.
00:28:00It felt like.
00:28:01I mean, if you keep chirping off, we might have a problem.
00:28:04Wow.
00:28:05Wow.
00:28:06But I was excited.
00:28:07It was the most double colleague to hop up from this.
00:28:10Yes, exactly.
00:28:11You know I'm only serious.
00:28:13Okay.
00:28:13You know, we both trained under Fit Finley, sir.
00:28:16Oh, good Lord.
00:28:16Okay.
00:28:17I'm going to get a fish hook in.
00:28:19Going to get the old, yep.
00:28:20Hit.
00:28:20All right.
00:28:21Okay.
00:28:23So, I was really excited for my mother to meet her.
00:28:26Right?
00:28:27And I was like, I think I got it right.
00:28:28I don't even know where this is going.
00:28:29No.
00:28:29I'm just going to say.
00:28:30And I said, Mom, what do you think?
00:28:32Mom, what do you think, Mom?
00:28:33This is about to be a lie.
00:28:34And she goes, well, Mark, she goes, hell, if you can sleep with her, I can sit with her.
00:28:41You're so full of crap.
00:28:42He's used that line so many times.
00:28:45He's so full of crap.
00:28:46That's good stuff, right?
00:28:48See, he's entertaining himself.
00:28:49Nobody else, I mean.
00:28:50I pop myself.
00:28:51But that's not what the girl, we want to hear, like, oh, we're so happy you found the one.
00:28:55Look, he struggles.
00:28:56We're talking about my mom.
00:28:57Oh, she makes you a better man.
00:28:59First off, he's lying.
00:29:00Yeah, that's boring.
00:29:01I could do that all day.
00:29:03Everybody knows all that.
00:29:05First off, he's lying.
00:29:06We're trying to get people tuned in here.
00:29:08They got to be entertained.
00:29:10But we got, yeah.
00:29:11What?
00:29:12Look, she still fixes his plate and tells everybody else.
00:29:14All the other brothers.
00:29:15Oh, absolutely not.
00:29:16All the other brothers don't touch his food.
00:29:17What are you talking about?
00:29:18Don't you touch Mark's plate.
00:29:19There's only one woman.
00:29:20What?
00:29:20What are you talking about?
00:29:21That's my mom.
00:29:22That's what she does.
00:29:23She had four other sons.
00:29:24But she doesn't do it anymore.
00:29:26I mean, she can't physically anymore.
00:29:28Does she come in and decorate, too?
00:29:30No.
00:29:31Oh, that's good.
00:29:32No.
00:29:32No, but she has no muffler.
00:29:33What comes in here comes out of her mouth, in the brain, out the mouth is great.
00:29:37But.
00:29:38Yeah, she's at that age.
00:29:39She's 94.
00:29:41Oh.
00:29:42She's at that age.
00:29:43But she's been like that.
00:29:44Yeah, she's been like that.
00:29:45Anyway.
00:29:46Anyway.
00:29:48That was a lie of what you said.
00:29:49What are you talking about?
00:29:50She may have said that at some point in my life, though.
00:29:53It wasn't this one, though.
00:29:54No, no, no, no.
00:29:55She actually likes you.
00:29:56She loves me.
00:29:58She does.
00:29:59She does.
00:29:59She loves you.
00:30:00She loves me.
00:30:00Anyway.
00:30:01How did we get down that route?
00:30:03I'm not real sure.
00:30:04I don't know.
00:30:05This is supposed to be a serious.
00:30:07This is supposed to be a.
00:30:08The in-laws.
00:30:09That's going to be the serious.
00:30:11Oh, we don't even want to get into in-laws.
00:30:13Oh, my gosh.
00:30:15How do you think I'm.
00:30:16That's my dad.
00:30:18That's my dad.
00:30:19Oh, man.
00:30:24Okay.
00:30:24Okay.
00:30:25But you know what?
00:30:25I will say this with like relationship setbacks, whether it's in the ring or out of the ring.
00:30:29I learned a lot from mine, like how to set boundaries, how to.
00:30:34Oh, well, good for you.
00:30:35Realize what's.
00:30:36Realize.
00:30:37Realize.
00:30:39Somehow I feel like there's a jab coming here somewhere.
00:30:42I'll leave it at that.
00:30:44Oh.
00:30:44Leave it at that.
00:30:45But I mean, even relationships backstage when I was there, like, it's rough.
00:30:49When you start dating a top guy, like it's.
00:30:52You got a freaking.
00:30:54Well, I mean, you know.
00:30:55I'll just be the top guy.
00:30:57Seriously.
00:30:59Like what.
00:31:01You want to get a push, right?
00:31:03Yeah.
00:31:03That's what everybody thought.
00:31:05Golly.
00:31:06See, that's not how I heard it.
00:31:07My dad said.
00:31:08Taker was like, oh, nope.
00:31:09She's mine.
00:31:10I'll have her.
00:31:11Yeah, right.
00:31:12Like it was literally like, nope, she's mine.
00:31:14And then just off the market.
00:31:17Well, I mean.
00:31:18No, really.
00:31:18He had a better.
00:31:19He was like, oh, no.
00:31:20Taker was like, nope.
00:31:23That one's mine.
00:31:24That's the truth, people.
00:31:26See, he tells this lie on all these huge platforms.
00:31:27No, really.
00:31:28That is the truth.
00:31:29She chased me.
00:31:30Oh, good.
00:31:31That's the story.
00:31:32Unmercifully.
00:31:32Nobody believes that anymore.
00:31:33And now you've got the queen confirming.
00:31:36And I remember somebody else confirmed it, too.
00:31:38And you were only on the road for two weeks, I think.
00:31:41Oh, come on.
00:31:41Oh, yes.
00:31:43See?
00:31:44Well, folks, this has been another great episode of Six Feet Under.
00:31:47Charlotte, thanks for being here.
00:31:49What are you?
00:31:50Look.
00:31:52It's Six Feet Under with The Undertaker.
00:31:55Y'all cannot come in here and gang up on me.
00:31:56We just tell the truth.
00:31:57With these distorted facts.
00:31:59We just tell the truth.
00:32:01Your dad is confused.
00:32:03Okay?
00:32:03I mean, sometimes he is, but I don't think he's confused on this.
00:32:08Two weeks?
00:32:10Two weeks.
00:32:10We discussed this.
00:32:11Okay, was it one week?
00:32:14Two weeks or less.
00:32:16Anyway.
00:32:18Anyway, you're welcome.
00:32:19How about those accolades?
00:32:20What else do we got in there?
00:32:22Hey.
00:32:24This is funny.
00:32:25You know what you two, I don't know if you guys know this.
00:32:28Do you know what kind of history you two share?
00:32:30This is good.
00:32:35I did my research.
00:32:36I'm afraid of what, where, I don't know if you're ever going to tell the truth or what.
00:32:40Where is this going?
00:32:41Okay, what?
00:32:42This is, this is, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, this, this, this is, this ties you two.
00:32:47What, the, oh, the Divas Championship.
00:32:49Hey.
00:32:49Yeah, that's right.
00:32:50I was the, yeah.
00:32:51First and last.
00:32:52Yes, first, oh, that is awesome.
00:32:54First and last.
00:32:55Yes.
00:32:56I still have, I have the original one.
00:32:58Do you really?
00:32:59I do.
00:32:59After I won it from Nikki.
00:33:01And then, when I won the inaugural Raw, they let me keep it.
00:33:06So, I have the original Divas Championship.
00:33:08So, if this doesn't work out, y'all might run it back.
00:33:11Oh, my gosh.
00:33:11I didn't even think of that.
00:33:13You know what I love is that every time you're on TV, Colt, our five-year-old, thinks it's me.
00:33:18And I'm like, oh, baby, I love you.
00:33:19Thank you so much.
00:33:22I'm like, that's not me, but I wish.
00:33:25Oh, what a compliment.
00:33:27I'm trying to be matchmaker here, and y'all talking about babies and five-year-olds.
00:33:31I mean, there's lots of women on the roster these days, but.
00:33:35You can still go.
00:33:36I know.
00:33:37But people ask me all the time, like, you know, which title win or which title means the most to you.
00:33:44I will say, the Divas Championship, to me, being able to be an athlete and call myself a diva as the landscape was changing, but to think, like, I can be me in all my glory and be a diva, that meant a lot to me.
00:33:59And I love you saying that because people crap on it so much.
00:34:03Like, oh, the butterfly belt.
00:34:04And I'm like, but why?
00:34:05Like, it finally, I don't care if it looked like a Tootsie Roll.
00:34:08We have something to fight for.
00:34:10Like, finally.
00:34:11Well, I say this all the time.
00:34:12Nikki had it for a year before I won it.
00:34:15And when I, even though I had the, like, the mat skills, I didn't know how to be a star or presentation or anything like that.
00:34:22And I just remember Nikki walking out and just being like, wow, like, I felt like the Divas title wore me.
00:34:32I didn't wear it.
00:34:33Gotcha.
00:34:34It took me, like, a year.
00:34:35But people don't give that title.
00:34:36I don't think the respect.
00:34:38That's what I was getting at.
00:34:39It doesn't get the respect that it deserves because they're like, oh, the new shiny toy.
00:34:43You know, the Divas, like, it really did start.
00:34:46Or, well, the older, the women, what was the title before that?
00:34:49The Old Women's Championship?
00:34:51We didn't have one.
00:34:51Or is it just the Divas?
00:34:53On SmackDown, we didn't have anything.
00:34:54It was just the Divas.
00:34:55I'm not sure.
00:34:56Well, that's the only title I have in my office.
00:34:58So if that says something.
00:34:59Oh, it does.
00:35:00Oh, I love that.
00:35:01We can move it out right now.
00:35:03Hey.
00:35:04We can just start moving some stuff.
00:35:06All right, let's go.
00:35:07I'm not as good as I once was, but I'm as good.
00:35:10Once?
00:35:10As I'll ever.
00:35:12All right.
00:35:12I'm just saying.
00:35:13We get better with time, babe.
00:35:14That's right.
00:35:15Don't we?
00:35:16He tells me that all the time.
00:35:17He tells me that all the time.
00:35:19Fine like wine.
00:35:20About himself, actually.
00:35:21Well.
00:35:21Of course.
00:35:22Not about me.
00:35:23Come on, man.
00:35:24Guys.
00:35:25Come on, man.
00:35:25Let's be real here.
00:35:26I got to get to something, because she tried to talk me into this.
00:35:32I don't know.
00:35:33You did the ESPN body issue?
00:35:38Yeah.
00:35:38I did try to talk to you.
00:35:39Yeah, in here.
00:35:39I made sure they had all the cameras covered, too.
00:35:41Did you?
00:35:42I did.
00:35:42I was like, I'm not going in there naked.
00:35:45Without all those little cameras covered.
00:35:47No, smart.
00:35:48And I totally get that.
00:35:50But this one was trying to convince me.
00:35:53Years ago.
00:35:54Not now.
00:35:54No, definitely not.
00:35:56You and all the tats?
00:35:57Come on, man.
00:35:58You could just have the turnbuckle right there.
00:35:59The turnbuckle?
00:36:01You understand?
00:36:03Wait, is that too much?
00:36:04No, wait.
00:36:05Wait.
00:36:06Too much?
00:36:06The turnbuckle's too much?
00:36:08No, I mean.
00:36:08Hey, man.
00:36:08I mean, no, sir, but I can see it right.
00:36:11Well, I mean, I'm not going to put Taker right there in front of the turnbuckle just with
00:36:15the W logo.
00:36:16No?
00:36:17No.
00:36:18Flex with one side like this?
00:36:19When this airs, people are going to cringe so hard.
00:36:22Like, why are y'all talking?
00:36:24No, see, because I think you're hot.
00:36:25That's not my undertaker.
00:36:25I think you're hot.
00:36:27That's not my undertaker.
00:36:28That's not my undertaker.
00:36:29Like, it's my, like.
00:36:31They do not want to see anything under the black.
00:36:33But they're seeing it now.
00:36:35But yes, back then, maybe not.
00:36:37But I thought it was such a beautiful way to run.
00:36:42Yeah, she tried to.
00:36:43I mean, she tried, like, hard to convince me.
00:36:45Yeah, see, people think I get everything I want.
00:36:47You know, we'll get.
00:36:48You turned it down?
00:36:49Yes, I turned it down.
00:36:51See, he wouldn't even do that for me.
00:36:52People think I get everything because of him.
00:36:54The one thing I asked him for, he shot down hard.
00:36:59I'm like, come on, man.
00:36:59He's probably like, my character.
00:37:02Exactly.
00:37:02That's exactly what he said.
00:37:03Exactly.
00:37:04That's all I have is my character.
00:37:06He's like, I'll walk around the house naked all the time, but I'm not about to be in the magazine.
00:37:14Well, let's wait a minute.
00:37:15That right there is cringy enough in its own right.
00:37:18He really doesn't walk around naked all the time.
00:37:21Yeah.
00:37:22This is really, really digressed now.
00:37:24I need to just put a little.
00:37:27What?
00:37:28Not the turbo, but the coffin.
00:37:30I'm being the creative director for your agency.
00:37:32Oh, my gosh.
00:37:32This is so disturbing now.
00:37:34Hope is still alive.
00:37:34We can do.
00:37:35Guys, can we make this happen?
00:37:38Put a coffin.
00:37:39Undertaker's dead.
00:37:40Mark Calloway has arrived.
00:37:42Yes, you could have been your coming out party.
00:37:44Wait, that was a terrible laugh.
00:37:52Oh, that was a horrible analogy.
00:37:55Oh, my gosh.
00:37:56Yes.
00:37:56Look at all my...
00:37:57It also could go into, like, ink spot.
00:38:00Oh, my God.
00:38:00I was so excited for this, too, today.
00:38:03This is what I get.
00:38:04ESPN must say, let me be the creative director for this.
00:38:07It's all in.
00:38:08We will get in shape.
00:38:09I'm going to need...
00:38:09Every character needs layers.
00:38:12Yeah, this one needs many more layers on it.
00:38:15Oh, less layers.
00:38:16You need less layers.
00:38:17You need less layers.
00:38:19No.
00:38:20This character needs a lot more layers.
00:38:22I'm going to need your diet plan.
00:38:24I'm going to need you to help me out.
00:38:25You know, I'm an old age, a lot older than you,
00:38:27so I'm going to need a little fitness tips.
00:38:28We could do it.
00:38:30We could do it.
00:38:31I'll be your biggest cheerleader.
00:38:32No, we can't.
00:38:33There might not be any issues, but that's okay.
00:38:37Oh, are you kidding me?
00:38:38I'd buy one.
00:38:39Your mama would buy one.
00:38:40That's disturbing.
00:38:43I can't imagine my mom.
00:38:46No.
00:38:48This has really, really...
00:38:49This has come off the rails.
00:38:50No, I was thinking like little coffins.
00:38:53No, it'd be a big coffin.
00:38:57What are you talking about?
00:39:00It's the sound effects.
00:39:01No, because it would look weird when the big ones...
00:39:04No, it would not.
00:39:05I need a big one.
00:39:06I need a big coffin.
00:39:07Yeah, but then it looks like you're holding a surfboard
00:39:09and your gimmick is a surfer.
00:39:13Oh, man.
00:39:14You should have started out with that story.
00:39:16I'm going back to work.
00:39:16I got to go back to work.
00:39:17You should have started...
00:39:18This podcasting stuff ain't working.
00:39:19I'm going back to work.
00:39:21You brought up Roppongi.
00:39:23Oh, my gosh.
00:39:23From the jump.
00:39:24Huh?
00:39:25You brought up Roppongi from the jump.
00:39:26That was entertaining.
00:39:26That was funny.
00:39:27This is disturbing.
00:39:28This is hilarious.
00:39:29This is actually...
00:39:30Oh, gosh.
00:39:31Like, the mental...
00:39:32Oh, man.
00:39:33This is...
00:39:34Oh, man.
00:39:35This has got turned on me really bad.
00:39:37You mentioned tattoos.
00:39:40Yeah, tattoos.
00:39:41Right?
00:39:42How many tattoos do you have?
00:39:43Like, ten, maybe.
00:39:45But they're little.
00:39:47They're little?
00:39:48Well, the most important one is my parents didn't like tattoos.
00:39:56So, Reed went and got the Guns N' Roses Appetite of Destruction cross.
00:40:01It's just like the base...
00:40:02I think that's what it was.
00:40:03Crossed with the squiggles and put our last name in it.
00:40:08Huge, massive on the back of his shoulder.
00:40:11So, when he passed that week, we all went and got it.
00:40:15Except mine says Reeder because that's what I called him.
00:40:17Um, my brother, my sister, and his girlfriend at the time all got it.
00:40:22So, it's massive on my side.
00:40:25Love it.
00:40:25Love it.
00:40:26Oh, and then his favorite song was Patience.
00:40:28So, a little patience with Guns N' Roses.
00:40:30So, all mine have, like, little meanings.
00:40:32Little meanings.
00:40:33I say that all the time.
00:40:34You do.
00:40:35Just a little patience.
00:40:36Little patience.
00:40:37Not a lot of that in my house.
00:40:39I have all of it.
00:40:41But then you have a Bible verse as well, too, right?
00:40:46Yeah, guard your heart.
00:40:47Proverbs 4.23.
00:40:49I literally have Proverbs 4.23.
00:40:50I have that sign in our garage, a neon sign, so that my kids see it every time I pull in
00:40:54the garage.
00:40:56Yeah.
00:40:57Every single time.
00:40:58That's crazy.
00:40:59It is crazy.
00:40:59I didn't know that.
00:41:00That's crazy.
00:41:01Big neon sign.
00:41:02Because I'm like, I need y'all to remember, every time we pull in here, guard your heart.
00:41:05And above all else, guard your heart.
00:41:10Yep.
00:41:10That may have been the most interesting segue from Naked Undertaker to Bible verses.
00:41:18It's not everybody that can do that.
00:41:19That's skill.
00:41:20That is, that is, we might have a future in this.
00:41:26Maybe not.
00:41:27Probably not.
00:41:29Probably not.
00:41:29But that was actually a much smoother segue than I expected it to be.
00:41:34Kudos.
00:41:35Huh?
00:41:36Good job.
00:41:36Thanks.
00:41:38I got these chops.
00:41:39I got chops for this.
00:41:41Okay.
00:41:42Lightning round.
00:41:43You got to-
00:41:43Oh, lightning round?
00:41:44Yep.
00:41:44Want to get to the lightning round?
00:41:46All right.
00:41:46I'm going to give you a few questions real quick.
00:41:49Okay.
00:41:49First thing, top of your head.
00:41:51Favorite cheat meal?
00:41:53Oh, sushi.
00:41:54That's so healthy.
00:41:55That's healthy.
00:41:56That's cheat meal?
00:41:57With rice, right?
00:41:58No, but with the cream cheese and all the-
00:42:00Okay, okay, okay.
00:42:00Like a roll.
00:42:01Yeah, a roll.
00:42:02Okay.
00:42:02Not sashimi or nigiri.
00:42:04Okay, okay.
00:42:05What's always in your carry-on?
00:42:07Oh, my knee brace now.
00:42:09How is that?
00:42:10No, it frees me.
00:42:11No, yeah.
00:42:12It's good.
00:42:13It's just, it's been a mental, it's, I've never been injured.
00:42:16I've never had to stretch.
00:42:18I've never had to do any of that.
00:42:19So this, the knee is great.
00:42:21I just still struggle.
00:42:22Trusting it.
00:42:22I'm so scared.
00:42:23Like, I don't want to be taken out again.
00:42:25That really mentally, but no, that or my gear, my boots.
00:42:30Yeah.
00:42:30Always.
00:42:32Most ridiculous idea you've ever turned down?
00:42:35Anything?
00:42:37Like him turning down the magazine?
00:42:40It was not ridiculous.
00:42:42I've never turned anything down, but I had one thing I was struggling with.
00:42:47My dad and the lacy stuff, I kind of struggled with.
00:42:50So, yeah, mm, yeah.
00:42:52I don't know, like, again, learning, I wish I would have approached it differently from
00:42:58a entertainer standpoint.
00:43:00I will take credit for that, but I did kind of.
00:43:03It's difficult to do.
00:43:04Yeah.
00:43:05It is difficult to do.
00:43:06And he thought it was, it was just, I remember Tori taking, when her dad was on the road with
00:43:11her, same thing.
00:43:11She's like, I can't.
00:43:13I just couldn't get past, like, well, he'd been my, he'd been my manager.
00:43:20It was just, I, I handled it wrong.
00:43:23That was like the, that was the one time I was just, I went, I went with everything until
00:43:27she got pregnant, but I struggled with that.
00:43:29Right.
00:43:29A little emotionally.
00:43:30I can get, I can see that.
00:43:33Yeah.
00:43:34But there wasn't, nothing was being done, like, nothing was being done bad to me or anything.
00:43:42Like, I just, no, that's hard to, I guess I just.
00:43:44It's hard to sometimes, for us on the other end, it's hard to separate it, right?
00:43:48It's like.
00:43:49Because I, they are, real life stuff has been used against my character.
00:43:55So people like.
00:43:56Which is always hard.
00:43:57Hard to like separate.
00:43:59That's also the other thing, like separate real and fake.
00:44:03So.
00:44:04How do you do that?
00:44:05Because sometimes I would really just want to pop off.
00:44:08I want to be a professional.
00:44:10Yes.
00:44:10But I mean, sometimes when they bring the real life stuff into it, it's.
00:44:14Oh, I have to take a.
00:44:16Real deep breath, right?
00:44:17Yeah.
00:44:20Yeah.
00:44:20Because I, very reactive and I'm learning not to be.
00:44:25So that was a.
00:44:27Yeah.
00:44:29But.
00:44:32Sina gave me the best advice, like.
00:44:34Because he's around right now.
00:44:38And he was just like, anything that's ever happened to you in life, you have to own.
00:44:43Own who you are.
00:44:44He didn't say own who you are, but he was basically saying like.
00:44:48Nothing can be taken away from you if you are just present in your power.
00:44:52He said it in a different way, but meaning like, say if personal life does get brought up, so.
00:44:59Like own it.
00:45:00And it takes the power away from them.
00:45:01And it takes the power away.
00:45:03You can't change it.
00:45:04You can't change it.
00:45:05So that was resonated with me so much where I'm like.
00:45:09But that's more about me being comfortable in my own skin, owning what's happened because I want to, you know, feel guilty or ashamed or embarrassed or like a failure and just owning like.
00:45:22Basically who you are is what he said.
00:45:24And that just really like helped me think about things differently.
00:45:28I think everything that we obviously everything that we experience helps develop the person that we've become.
00:45:34Yes.
00:45:34It doesn't make it any, any less difficult to realize that you are enough that, you know, I have that on my arm.
00:45:41Do you really?
00:45:42Tattooed.
00:45:42Yeah.
00:45:43This is like a whole.
00:45:44Enough.
00:45:45Enough and worthy.
00:45:46Which is what?
00:45:47Y'all should you know aren't sisters?
00:45:49It's what you.
00:45:49It's kind of sort of freaking me out here a little bit.
00:45:53This tattoo looks good.
00:45:54This one, not so much where it was like crooked.
00:45:56So I had to put an Aries symbol because it was like.
00:45:59You're an Aries?
00:46:01I'm an Aries.
00:46:02Okay.
00:46:03Are you an Aries?
00:46:03I'm an Aries.
00:46:04Oh.
00:46:06March 24.
00:46:08April 5th.
00:46:10Yeah.
00:46:11I'm not an Aries.
00:46:12Hmm?
00:46:13I'm not an Aries.
00:46:14Why are you?
00:46:15What is January?
00:46:16What is January?
00:46:17Aquarius?
00:46:18My mom's an Aquarius.
00:46:20You're a water sign?
00:46:22Mm-hmm.
00:46:22Oh, so you.
00:46:23You're way out of mind now.
00:46:24So you heat up his water, but you dampen his fire.
00:46:28Oh.
00:46:29Is that a good thing?
00:46:29I'm heating him back.
00:46:30It's like, that sounded very poetic.
00:46:33I'm going to be quiet now.
00:46:36This is great.
00:46:36I'm going to.
00:46:37I'm not going to say that a few ways.
00:46:38Wait.
00:46:39Wait a minute.
00:46:40Wait.
00:46:40What?
00:46:41What?
00:46:41She's water.
00:46:42She's a water sign.
00:46:43You're a fire sign.
00:46:45So she puts me out.
00:46:46But I mean, it's just like the dynamic of the two signs together.
00:46:50Ah, I got you now.
00:46:51Now it makes sense.
00:46:53You are a water sign, right?
00:46:54A water.
00:46:54Yeah.
00:46:55Yep.
00:46:55Water.
00:46:56And I'm fire?
00:46:57Which makes sense.
00:46:58Yeah.
00:46:59Which makes sense.
00:47:00I won't say it.
00:47:00I mean, look at that.
00:47:01It was Destin.
00:47:01It was Destin.
00:47:02But it was Destin.
00:47:03Fire.
00:47:04You're the yin to my yang.
00:47:05I am.
00:47:06I'm the saint of your center.
00:47:08Yes.
00:47:09I have a friend.
00:47:11See, I'm like a couple therapists over here.
00:47:14I feel like I need the big glasses.
00:47:16I've got a.
00:47:18I got a really close friend that knew me.
00:47:23Way back when.
00:47:25He always refers to her as the saint.
00:47:29I got a lot of history, I guess.
00:47:31I don't know.
00:47:32I guess.
00:47:32I guess.
00:47:33She doesn't.
00:47:34Like, I'm her only vice.
00:47:37Bad boy.
00:47:39No.
00:47:39Not anymore.
00:47:40No, wore me down.
00:47:41I wore you down?
00:47:43Are you kidding me?
00:47:43Yes.
00:47:44Don't even start.
00:47:45I charge $500 an hour.
00:47:47Perfect.
00:47:49How long do we have?
00:47:51How long do we have?
00:47:52I spend that in a week in Uggs.
00:47:55Are you kidding me?
00:47:56Yeah.
00:47:56Oh, she loves her Uggs.
00:47:58That's so cute.
00:47:59I just want a discount.
00:48:00I just want a discount, people.
00:48:02Yeah, we just need a discount.
00:48:04What is something?
00:48:05Because we're constantly, or I'm constantly, preaching to Kaya and I will Colt.
00:48:12Because it's so hard.
00:48:15Obviously, she gets a lot of daddy stuff already, right?
00:48:18Like, just because of who your daddy is.
00:48:20Just not in a good way.
00:48:21Not in a good way.
00:48:22I thought she was talking about character traits.
00:48:23I didn't know she was going that way.
00:48:26Go ahead.
00:48:26It's all about him.
00:48:27I'll just sit here.
00:48:28All about him.
00:48:30Being worthy and being enough.
00:48:31It's hard.
00:48:32And like, I try to put on the front half the time when I'm not feeling it.
00:48:37Because I have to constantly, it's a daily thing to remind yourself that you really are worthy.
00:48:42You are enough and screw what everybody else says.
00:48:47I know.
00:48:48I also think it's harder for kids because we didn't grow up basing our self-worth on social media.
00:48:57Right.
00:48:58I think we were protected more from having that constant negativity or comparison or what things should be or shouldn't be.
00:49:07So, to keep the kids in that little bubble, I think, is so important because I can't imagine being 15 going,
00:49:15Oh, well, this person follows me or this person.
00:49:17Like, it was just about, you know, playing two square or jumping rope, double scotch on like the playground.
00:49:25Kids now don't, I think, even go outside.
00:49:28I'm not saying all kids, but that, I think, is a concern.
00:49:32But when you do have a parent or a spouse or anyone that's, you know, in the same industry as you, it is very, it is very challenging.
00:49:43It's just how you, how you deal.
00:49:45You seem to, no one would know that about you either.
00:49:49Right.
00:49:49Unless you, but, yeah.
00:49:52Yeah.
00:49:53I think, I mean, I want you to always know how much you, how worthy you are.
00:50:00My gosh.
00:50:01Like, your heart is so pure.
00:50:03And if people only knew that, like, seriously, if people only knew that.
00:50:07It's black.
00:50:08I don't have one.
00:50:09Neither one of these two have hearts, guys.
00:50:10I'm a bully.
00:50:12She's a bully.
00:50:13She gets everything because of her dad.
00:50:16She is just, ruins everything.
00:50:19No, it's so stupid.
00:50:20I control my storylines and my booking and my title wins.
00:50:23Because it's so easy to do, right?
00:50:25I heard that.
00:50:25Yeah, you know what?
00:50:26It's true.
00:50:27I read it on the internet.
00:50:28It's in my contract.
00:50:28Yep, it's in, they say, they say, you don't ask.
00:50:32I need to win that title.
00:50:34Yeah, yeah, yeah.
00:50:35They say, you don't.
00:50:35Good luck with that.
00:50:36Oh, that's never going to happen.
00:50:38Yeah, no, no.
00:50:39We're done there.
00:50:40But people, people think that for real.
00:50:42Hey, man, she got juice.
00:50:44But this is what, what I think the thing, like.
00:50:46You're stupid.
00:50:47The fact that we're even, like, that we're even talking about it.
00:50:50It's the, that's the issue, that these opinions aren't real.
00:50:56But because people who have been successful, everyone thinks they can have an opinion.
00:51:02Oh, yeah.
00:51:03So, it's just learning to navigate that and overcome it and not even give it energy or power.
00:51:14Yeah.
00:51:16So, not Charlotte Flair, but Ashley on a day off.
00:51:20Because, you know, we see on social media, talking about social media, the yachts and the concerts with Posty and all these things.
00:51:27That was a, that was a.
00:51:28He's amazing, isn't he?
00:51:29Yeah, he's a good guy.
00:51:30I love him.
00:51:30Yeah.
00:51:30Yeah.
00:51:31He's awesome.
00:51:32The concert was incredible.
00:51:34Yeah.
00:51:34Even in the rain, because it was raining, like, didn't even, like, it was such a good concert.
00:51:38You forgot that, like, oh, yeah, it's drizzling out.
00:51:40Right.
00:51:41But, like, typical day off.
00:51:43Oh, I'm very regimented.
00:51:45So, I still train twice a week at Flatbacks.
00:51:48Yeah, yeah.
00:51:48School around here.
00:51:50Monday and Wednesday, five to seven.
00:51:53I do rehab for two hours before that.
00:51:56Monday, Wednesday.
00:51:57So, that's my Monday, Wednesday.
00:51:58I have a trainer here.
00:51:59I train three days a week, just switching up the weeks.
00:52:02But, it's, like, the first time in my life I'm, like, doing, I'm, like, living my life.
00:52:08I'm doing my thing.
00:52:09Good for you.
00:52:09I'm having fun.
00:52:10A lot of fun.
00:52:12Yachting.
00:52:13Okay.
00:52:14Concerting.
00:52:14Boat.
00:52:15Okay.
00:52:15Horseback riding.
00:52:16We haven't got that invitation yet to come out on the yacht.
00:52:19Oh, well, when I rent my next one, I'll let you know.
00:52:24Come on, this is work, man.
00:52:25You own that thing, right?
00:52:26Oh, no, that's, absolutely, no.
00:52:28110.
00:52:29No.
00:52:29110 foot.
00:52:30My one friend was, like, why don't you just buy yourself a yacht?
00:52:33And I'm, like, do you know?
00:52:34Because I can just rent one, and then it goes away.
00:52:37And not have to do maintenance.
00:52:37Not have to deal with it.
00:52:38It's nothing.
00:52:38The maintenance, I don't have to rent it.
00:52:40Like, no.
00:52:41They pull up, I get on.
00:52:43No, I'm not saying in 20 years I won't end up on one.
00:52:45Spending my days.
00:52:47Oh, man.
00:52:48What a life that would be.
00:52:49Cruising the Mediterranean.
00:52:50Oh, I can see it.
00:52:52Yeah, me too.
00:52:53I can see it.
00:52:53I can see it for you.
00:52:54All right, let's ring it.
00:52:56Let's ring it back in.
00:52:57We're not ready for the Mediterranean yet.
00:53:00Mediterranean.
00:53:01Mediterranean.
00:53:01The Mediterranean.
00:53:02The Mediterranean.
00:53:03Spell it.
00:53:04Can you spell that word?
00:53:05I can't.
00:53:05You know I can't spell it.
00:53:06I know.
00:53:07But I don't miss my training.
00:53:10That's priority.
00:53:11That's good for everything.
00:53:11Or if I do miss a couple days, I make sure to gain it back.
00:53:14That's good for the inside and out.
00:53:16Inside out, yeah.
00:53:18And I've never had to do maintenance work before.
00:53:21So that's been the biggest game changer.
00:53:24Yeah, yeah.
00:53:24And then I had lost so much weight before I came back.
00:53:27I've actually put on eight pounds since I came back.
00:53:30So like trying to.
00:53:31Yeah.
00:53:33All of it's making a difference.
00:53:35Yeah.
00:53:36Like what is stretching?
00:53:38I know.
00:53:38Stretch now?
00:53:39I never stretch and now I can barely move.
00:53:41Ankle mobility.
00:53:42I was like, yeah, what?
00:53:43Joint mobility?
00:53:44I know.
00:53:45I mean, it makes sense.
00:53:46Do you do all the biohack stuff too?
00:53:50What's the biohack?
00:53:51Like anything?
00:53:51Like red light?
00:53:52Oh, I do red light?
00:53:53Sauna?
00:53:54Yeah.
00:53:54If I can get in.
00:53:55Bi plate.
00:53:58Cryo.
00:53:59Love my cryo.
00:54:00But I can only.
00:54:01I've only stayed in up to two minutes.
00:54:04I can't.
00:54:04I just hate cold water.
00:54:05Me too.
00:54:06And then.
00:54:08What else?
00:54:09Oh, the shock wave on my knee.
00:54:11Minimum once a week.
00:54:13I should just buy the dang machine.
00:54:14But I go to someone that has one.
00:54:19BFR.
00:54:20The blood flow restriction.
00:54:21I'm always getting him to do these things.
00:54:23He's like, what is it?
00:54:23I'm like, just come do it.
00:54:24It's like a daily thing.
00:54:26It takes a lot.
00:54:27But I'm like, look, we're aging.
00:54:28I'm trying to age backwards.
00:54:30Oh, I red light my knee.
00:54:32Yeah.
00:54:32I have the cellulum.
00:54:35I have a great one for the knee too.
00:54:39This is my daily.
00:54:40Like I get hit with something new.
00:54:42She's getting you ready for the magazine shoot.
00:54:44I'm trying.
00:54:45Freaking trying.
00:54:46Yeah.
00:54:47He's like, what's this peptide?
00:54:48Just take it.
00:54:49Yeah.
00:54:49Yeah.
00:54:50I don't know if that's going to happen.
00:54:51I'm pretty sure it's not actually.
00:54:54Yeah.
00:54:54That's not going to happen ever.
00:54:55No.
00:54:56I do take NAD.
00:54:57I love NAD.
00:54:58Tablet.
00:54:58I had a few IVs in the fall.
00:55:02But I need to get back on that.
00:55:04It's just so hard to set aside.
00:55:05Well, whatever you're doing is working.
00:55:07And I just need a little.
00:55:08I just need a little note sent to my phone so I can take note.
00:55:11I do drink a gallon of water a day.
00:55:14I think I do too.
00:55:14I think that does.
00:55:15Yeah.
00:55:16That's a lot of water.
00:55:17No, I'm just happy.
00:55:18I'm just like, I feel like I'm relearning to live again.
00:55:20Good.
00:55:21I'm glad.
00:55:21That makes my heart happy.
00:55:23To all the work, you got to be able to enjoy it.
00:55:27I never learned how to enjoy the journey.
00:55:29Yes.
00:55:29So now I'm like, I'm really like having a lot of fun.

00:56:48So what, at this point, you've, I mean, I read through, I got through half maybe.
00:56:54What motivates you at this point?
00:56:56I mean, you've won all the championships, you've main evented WrestleMania, you've done everything that there is to do.
00:57:02You're still, you know, you're still really, I mean, what, what gets you, as far as professionally, what gets you up every day and motivates you?
00:57:12I love it.
00:57:12When I'm in the ring is when I feel the most confident.
00:57:15Right.
00:57:16I love it.
00:57:17But I think, so when I started, I, this wasn't something I wanted to do, dreamed about doing, thought about doing.
00:57:24So I, I still feel like I already had like a super late start, meaning the girls that I came up with dreamed about this, wanted to do this, knew their favorite superstars.
00:57:36So having, you know, the other three horsemen with me on that rise, but I also came out of the gate on top.
00:57:47So I didn't get to build to the top, go back down.
00:57:52So it's kind of been like that.
00:57:53So for me, it's like, you know, I still, I still feel like I get better in different ways every year or over time.
00:58:06Um, yeah, I, I, and I think I do get asked that because I have done it all, they just have never seen me on a lull.
00:58:20Right.
00:58:21Other than being out injured.
00:58:22Yeah.
00:58:23Well, that's one of the biggest things to actually have to overcome is the injury.
00:58:28Is the injury.
00:58:29The injury itself with medicine and the doctors that we are exposed to, it's the, it's the mental aspect of it.
00:58:38And you were talking about that earlier.
00:58:39It was like, just trusting it.
00:58:40I'm sure your knee is probably stronger than it was before.
00:58:43Yeah.
00:58:43But the, the, the, the mindset to go out and you have a particular style that people expect, that's going to be, it's going to test that leg.
00:58:56Like, that's a tough, that's the tough part of it is trusting that that knee is going to hold up.
00:59:03And I have no doubt that it will, but that is, I've, I've, I've went through it many times myself.
00:59:10Yeah.
00:59:11It's just like, and people don't understand, you know, well, you had this.
00:59:16I don't want to be sidelined.
00:59:18It's that, but when I'm in, so, or I'll say practice.
00:59:21Cause I, I've only wrestled like five times since I've been back.
00:59:25You got one of the busy schedules in.
00:59:27What?
00:59:27You got one of the busy schedules in.
00:59:29You guys' schedule is ridiculous.
00:59:31No, absolutely not.
00:59:33It is ridiculous.
00:59:34It used to be, we don't have live events anymore.
00:59:36I know that's what he's saying.
00:59:37No, I'm being sarcastic.
00:59:38I'm totally being sarcastic.
00:59:40That's why I'm in the ring twice a week.
00:59:42Cause I'm like, this is like, I need to, I need to wrestle more.
00:59:46Oh my gosh.
00:59:47I want to, I like, I want to work, but for me, it's like when I'm in practice or the
00:59:51matches that I've had, I don't think about it, but it's like the, it's the three o'clock
00:59:56driving down the road and I'm like, well, what if like, oh, I just can't turn it off.
01:00:00Yep.
01:00:00Yep.
01:00:00But when I'm in there, everything's great.
01:00:04Everything's fine.
01:00:05It's just like being so scared to be sidelined again.
01:00:09Yeah.
01:00:09It, it, it, it, it will, it will get better.
01:00:12Yeah.
01:00:13But it just takes the reps to, to get in there.
01:00:15I've been working like every live event every weekend to like, now you just work TV.
01:00:19It's crazy.
01:00:20It's crazy.
01:00:21I know that the, that the, the live events are not almost like these.
01:00:26But I loved live, like that's, that's how I.
01:00:29Yeah, they're fun.
01:00:31That's how I learned.
01:00:32That's how I grew.
01:00:33That's how I got to know all, like, that's how the different markets or the different little
01:00:38towns got to know me.
01:00:40Like I was a live event warrior up until the last, I guess, two years.
01:00:44I've just been this with things that are out of my control.
01:00:47Yeah.
01:00:48I think they're going to have to figure out, they're going to have to figure out a formula
01:00:51to, because I understand you, you want to protect the talent.
01:00:55You don't, you know, you want to mitigate the chances of, of, of injuries and all that.
01:01:00But I think, I think the, the lack of live, that's where you learn new things.
01:01:05That's where you try a new thing.
01:01:07You can't do it on TV.
01:01:07How the audience reacts.
01:01:08Yeah, you can't, you can't try something new on Raw or SmackDown.
01:01:13You know, you, you need those live events to, okay, yeah, that was a great, that wasn't
01:01:18such a good idea.
01:01:19Or like timing.
01:01:20And timing, yeah.
01:01:22To me, that's what like, if you think you're going slow, you need to go slower.
01:01:26That was, that was, that was, yeah, that was one of the things that became the most difficult
01:01:30at the end of my career when I was only working once or twice a year was the timing.
01:01:35The timing.
01:01:35Yeah.
01:01:36And the, and the, funny enough is the, the trauma that my body wasn't used to.
01:01:42Oh, but see, that's why, like, I do this out of, for me, that's why I'm in practice twice
01:01:51a week.
01:01:51Yeah.
01:01:51I don't want to lose that, the crispness.
01:01:54Yep.
01:01:55I don't want to lose the, like, to me, I don't care about the moves.
01:01:57It's the wind.
01:01:59Yep.
01:01:59I never want to go, because I've been known to have great wind, never want to lose my
01:02:03wind.
01:02:03Like, at WrestleMania, I was like, I don't even think I sweat walking away.
01:02:08Yeah.
01:02:08And my hair was disheveled, but I always want to be.
01:02:13That is by far the most important.
01:02:15And the hardest, as I knew, realized as I got older, that was the hardest thing for me
01:02:19was to maintain.
01:02:20Because you can get on a, you can get on a treadmill or a stair stepper all day long.
01:02:25It doesn't matter.
01:02:25But until you are going full speed, hitting the ropes, and taking a bump, expelling all
01:02:31that air.
01:02:32With all the people, the energy off of them.
01:02:34Yeah.
01:02:35Well, that and, like, the emotion of it that you're needing to showcase, that all adds in
01:02:41nerves.
01:02:42It's, yeah.
01:02:42It's really hard to explain to people outside of the business how all those factor into your
01:02:48cardio.
01:02:48And cardio, more people get hurt because of poor cardio, I think, than anything else.
01:02:54I would agree with that.
01:02:55I would agree.
01:02:56I mean, that's how I lost a, I had one of my orbital blowout fractures because somebody
01:03:02was blown up and behind in a spot and just tried to, you know, tried to catch up by, instead
01:03:09of throwing a clothesline, they end up throwing a punch and it blew out my, my orbital bone.
01:03:14But to be clear, it was not the orbital bone that Ray Ray accidentally.
01:03:19No, that was, that was, that was a freak thing that has happened.
01:03:23But the first one with, with, with Mabel was, yeah, he was blown up and he was behind in
01:03:31a, in a double rope spot and just lunged to catch up.
01:03:35And I ran right into his, that's what you say, grab a hold after this.
01:03:42Yeah.
01:03:43Yeah.
01:03:44My face blew up, but yeah, that's, so yeah, they're going to, they're going to have to
01:03:48figure that out.
01:03:49Um, I, I think just for the, again, sharpness and people being.
01:03:54But then at the same time, it's like, this is how I like maybe old school, like I'm choosing
01:03:59to go.
01:04:02There's a lot of people that probably aren't choosing to go.
01:04:04Like, what do you do in your free time?
01:04:06Like, I just think this is what, like, I'm paid to maintain Charlotte.
01:04:10That's why I invest so much into the character from the robes to the gear, to the outfits,
01:04:14to, I feel like the more I invest with what I'm given, it, you get what, you get what
01:04:22you put in.
01:04:24Mm-hmm.
01:04:24Mm-hmm.
01:04:25That's a great, that's a great way to look at it.
01:04:27I mean, yeah.
01:04:28I love my Monday, Wednesday class.
01:04:31It just energizes me.
01:04:33I know.
01:04:34And it's probably too, a chance, you're probably around other people that are hungry too, right?
01:04:39Beginners.
01:04:39That are trying, yeah.
01:04:40That's great energy.
01:04:41The beginner class.
01:04:42Mm-hmm.
01:04:43And then a couple of boys and girls who just have been in and out, have been extras here.
01:04:50Yeah.
01:04:51Yeah.
01:04:51That's a great, great energy to be around.
01:04:53It is.
01:04:54That's why I love the, that's why I love the LFG.
01:04:55And just seeing like these, yeah, like these kids who, a couple of the guys, like, they're
01:05:01probably spending every last penny to go to the class.
01:05:04Mm-hmm.
01:05:05And they work another job just to make, and I find it like so, like, damn.
01:05:10Mm-hmm.
01:05:11Like, I want, I want them all to win.
01:05:13Yep.
01:05:13Yep.
01:05:14Because I see how hard they work.
01:05:15They want it.
01:05:16Yeah.
01:05:16They want it.
01:05:17Yep.
01:05:17Yeah.
01:05:18I got some girls, there's some girls that are coming up.
01:05:21You need to keep your eye on.
01:05:23Okay.
01:05:23Do you remember Bailey?
01:05:24Yes, I do remember Bailey.
01:05:26Yeah.
01:05:26Yeah.
01:05:26And Panina.
01:05:27Yeah.
01:05:28Panina.
01:05:28P-nasty.
01:05:29What a personality.
01:05:31Ooh.
01:05:31Oh, man.
01:05:32She's awesome.
01:05:33Yeah.
01:05:34She's awesome.
01:05:35Her instincts are good.
01:05:36Her personality is, and she's beautiful.
01:05:40Yes.
01:05:41Beautiful.
01:05:42And believe it or not, she's Samoan.
01:05:44Not a lot of those around.
01:05:46Who would have thought?
01:05:46Oh, I thought you were like, people would have said, yeah.
01:05:48No, but I'm just curious.
01:05:51I don't know that people that are up there now, like, I don't think they scout for future
01:05:59opponents.
01:05:59Like, I tell people that all the time, and they look at me like, oh, I never thought of
01:06:04that.
01:06:05But, I mean, you can only count so long for people to book for you.
01:06:09Well, I need a heater.
01:06:10Bailey, want to be my heater?
01:06:12I'm telling you what.
01:06:14She's going to be.
01:06:14I do know an old 45-year-old that could throw down when need be.
01:06:23Just saying.
01:06:24You're busy.
01:06:25You are the main show, my love.
01:06:27No, I can be a heater.
01:06:29No, I can be a heater.
01:06:30Believe me.
01:06:31Mm-hmm.
01:06:32I get heat with her all the time.
01:06:33People think they got to be afraid of daddy.
01:06:38I'm soft.
01:06:39You're soft.
01:06:40Gone soft.
01:06:41No.
01:06:41You're a delicate flower.
01:06:42No, Bailey would be a good heater.
01:06:43Penino would be a good heater.
01:06:44Yeah, she'd really be.
01:06:45Yeah.
01:06:46Yeah.
01:06:46She likes to fight.
01:06:47She just likes to fight.
01:06:48So, we have another part of the show we do.
01:06:49Everybody has their take on Mount Rushmore, right?
01:06:53Oh, I don't like them.
01:06:53No, no, no, no, no.
01:06:54No, we're not.
01:06:55Me neither, which is why it's not.
01:06:57Yeah, this is something we do with fanatics.
01:07:01This is your, you get to choose your four, but it can either be your sports jerseys, team,
01:07:09any college, it could be college, it could be professional, it could be any sport, or you
01:07:16can go to ring gear, like favorite ring gear that stands out.
01:07:21It could be your own.
01:07:22It could be someone else's.
01:07:25Well, I knew you were going to go there, right?
01:07:27But, so that, we have a little different, yeah, we do it a little differently.
01:07:33Everybody has their Mount Rushmore wrestlers, yada, yada.
01:07:37I want to help sell some jerseys.
01:07:40You want to sell some jerseys?
01:07:41I want to sell some jerseys for fanatics, and I want to know maybe what your favorite
01:07:46ring gear was that's going to go up on Mount Rushmore.
01:07:50Lay it on me.
01:07:51What's your favorite ring gear that's going to go up on Mount Rushmore?
01:07:58Current?
01:07:59Any, any, any time period.
01:08:02Man, she's got a lot of good options.
01:08:03Okay, I'll do, okay.
01:08:06And it doesn't have to be your own, but it can be your own.
01:08:12Current.
01:08:14For the men, I'm going to go with Cody.
01:08:17The jacket and the pants, always in a suit.
01:08:25Looks the part, dresses the part.
01:08:27I'm going to go with Seth is really owning the vibe he's going with.
01:08:36Love it.
01:08:38That is truly a vibe.
01:08:39It is truly a vibe.
01:08:41It is a vibe.
01:08:42Ladies, I'm going to go with Tiffy and Jade.
01:08:51Hmm.
01:08:52Okay.
01:08:53All ring gear.
01:08:54Okay.
01:08:54I like it.
01:08:56All solid choices.
01:08:57Keep it safe.
01:08:58Safe is good.
01:08:58No, not safe.
01:08:59To me, it's hard to give, like, there's so many people that, like, I pull from.
01:09:05You can't just do four.
01:09:07I hear you.
01:09:07Like, look at it.
01:09:08Well, there's only four heads on Mount Rushmore.
01:09:10I tried to make it easy on you.
01:09:13No.
01:09:13But for, like, right now, currently, if I'm thinking ring gear that I look at or that I'm
01:09:18impressed, I think Jade and Tiffany for the girls and Cody and Seth for the guys.
01:09:27I see that.
01:09:29I see that.
01:09:30I'm trying to think of other.
01:09:31I've got a couple of coats that were kind of similar to Seth's stuff.
01:09:35I just never wore it.
01:09:37I wear it around the house a lot.
01:09:40Yeah, I can see you in a big fur.
01:09:44Right?
01:09:44Yeah.
01:09:45He wears that in a little coffin.
01:09:47Neon, too.
01:09:48Neon.
01:09:49It's a yellow color.
01:09:50What about sports jersey?
01:09:51I mean, I'm probably, what, the Dallas Cowboys, the Texas Longhorns.
01:09:55What are your sports jerseys?
01:09:56What do you like?
01:09:57What are your teams?
01:09:58What are my teams?
01:10:01Throwback Tampa Bay.
01:10:02Well, I'm a Carolina girl.
01:10:06Like, I grew up.
01:10:06But now that I've been in Florida so long, I love Florida.
01:10:09But if I'm just wearing, like, sports teams, I'm going to go with the Yankees, Lakers, Patriots.
01:10:16What sport do I want to go with?
01:10:29All right.
01:10:29The Blackhawks.
01:10:30The Blackhawks.
01:10:31Oh, no.
01:10:32I can't do that.
01:10:33Chicago.
01:10:34No, you're still on.
01:10:35Nope.
01:10:35Love the blue.
01:10:36Nope.
01:10:36Chicago can't do it.
01:10:37Uh-oh.
01:10:38Just joking.
01:10:39Chicago still has heat.
01:10:41Chicago still has heat.
01:10:43Carolina.
01:10:44Carolina.
01:10:45Carolina.
01:10:46Carolina blue.
01:10:47Carolina blue.
01:10:48It's a good color.
01:10:50Yeah, so Carolina.
01:10:52Yankees.
01:10:53Yankees, Patriots, Lakers.
01:10:56You sure you don't want to put the Cowboys in there anywhere?
01:10:59Oh, I guess I could put the Cowboys in there.
01:11:00Yeah, right?
