00:00Okay, one, two, three.
00:23And this is your, this is a special occasion for us.
00:27This is your 100th birthday.
00:28Well, I didn't make an effort to live long, but I look after my health.
00:37I practice certain things that I think contribute towards healthy life.
00:44But the most important thing is that I do not suffer, did not suffer from fatal diseases.
00:51Actually, I had heart problem, but today heart problem can be treated.
00:56Open heart surgery can be done.
01:00Even medication, there is some medication nowadays.
01:04I am fortunate in that I didn't, I do not suffer from cancer.
01:08So if you don't suffer from fatal disease, you should be able to live quite a long time.
01:14I have always been active.
01:16I cannot understand people wanting to rest.
01:22I mean, if you take a holiday, you do something, you go on a holiday, you're, that is doing something.
01:29But some people retire, and they want to rest.
01:34What is the meaning of rest?
01:36You do nothing?
01:38I mean, you are alive, you are capable, and you don't make use of this gift that you have, gift of God, that you have.
01:49Mind and body, you're still functioning.
01:51So to me, so long as I can function, I want to function.
01:57I want to behave almost as if I'm not getting old.
02:03I try to live the same life that I lived when I was younger.
02:08I work, I come to office, I attend my functions and all that.
02:15And I think being active is what keeps me alive.
02:20Make use of your body and mind, then it will function.
02:52Jadi, saya nak kena kejar mereka.
03:26Kena ulang.
03:27Saya baca buku banyak kali.
03:29Kalau buku teks, kadang-kadang buku lain pun, kalau saya dapat dia menarik, saya baca.
03:39Hey to you.
03:41Hey to you.
