00:18Water-soluble vitamins dissolve in water and pass easily into the blood during digestion.
00:24These vitamins are the ones the body will not store so it needs to be replenished through
00:28foods you eat. On the other hand, fat-soluble vitamins are absorbed, stored, and transported
00:35in fat. These are the ones your body stores in your fatty tissue, liver, and kidneys. Hence,
00:43excessive buildups can be toxic and not recommended if taken in bulk.
