00:00As of 8 a.m. this morning, central time, there are 95 deceased.

00:05I'm going to kind of break down the numbers for you.

00:07On adults, there's 59, unidentified 14.

00:11Children, 36, unidentified 13.

00:16Camp Mystic currently still has missing five campers and one counselor.

00:23Officials report there are 161 missing people in Kerr County area.

00:27Community members are asked not to conduct debris management of their property until directed by law enforcement.

00:35There is also a no-burn ban in Kerr County at this time until further notice.

00:40As with other significant events that our emergencies services encounter, this incident will be reviewed.

00:47You have my word.

00:49When or if necessary, if improvements need to be made, improvements will be made.

00:54What I'd like to do right now is kind of give you a breakdown.

00:56I believe the latest report I had, we over have 2,100 people out here at some capacity on this incident.

01:05As far as Kerr County Sheriff's Office right now, what our office is currently doing, it's kind of an all-hands-on-deck.

01:11Everybody we got are out here, but also we have additional 2,000-plus people helping us.

01:16How do you account for that lapse of time?

01:18What happened and what could have happened in that time?

01:20As I've said earlier, with every significant event, with every emergency, we're going to have to, there's going to be an after action.

01:34Those questions are going to be answered.

01:37I believe those questions need to be answered to the family of the misloved ones, to the public, to the people that put me in this office.

01:44Those need to be, and I want that answer, and we're going to get that answer, and I know that's going to be asked over and over.
