00:00So there's really great researchers out there looking at the technology side of things,
00:03so trying to figure out what's the next best algorithm or software limitation.
00:08What we're looking at is, what does this mean when you apply it into the real world?
00:12So you can think of us as doing the clinical trials of AI, right?
00:15So we're trying to figure out what's the right dosage, the efficacy, the side effects, the risk factors.
00:20That's what we're really trying to understand, particularly in business, but society at large.
00:25So that's kind of what we're trying to get accomplished.
00:27Well, both the exciting and also challenging aspect is it's transforming every industry.
00:32As we've seen, you know, as the presentation on agriculture, everything to financial services.
00:38So every industry, every leader is being impacted by AI, potentially at different rates of change,
00:44but everyone is seeing the transformative power of that.
00:47And so I think it's interesting because we have to think about not just applying AI as a tool, right?
00:52Like, how do we not just digitize what we already have?
00:55Thinking about, like, previous technology innovations, we could have put the yellow pages, you know,
01:00the phone book onto the internet, and that has limited utilities.
01:04But what we need to think about is, how do we transform what we're doing at work to be able to think about things in AI-first and AI-native ways?
01:13So I think that's where the great innovation is going to happen.
01:16And so I think there is some really great evidence so far in our research to show that there's gains when it comes to productivity,
01:22but then there's also gains when it comes to innovation.
01:24And so some of the things that we talked about today was AI is improving empathy,
01:29and so being able to help us connect as humans, but then also with our creativity and being able to develop out new ideas
01:36and new great solutions for our customers and for our audience and for our fellow citizens around the world.
01:43And I start this from one of our great global learning partners that we've worked with,
01:48but there's a three-step framework, right?
01:49We can think about it as skill sets, so we need to make sure that our teams and employees have the right skills
01:55and capabilities to leverage these technologies, but then there's also tool sets,
01:59so being able to give them access to the right tools and providing the governance model
02:03where they can experiment within mitigating those risks and those ethical concerns,
02:08but being able to empower people to use those technologies itself.
02:13And then ultimately what we're finding is this mindset as well.
02:16So there's a big aspect around culture change that people have to adopt, being able to, it's okay to fail,
02:22it's okay to not know, especially when we talk about executives,
02:26we have to think about how do we unlearn the things that got us to where we are today?
02:30Because if we look at the past, digital companies were able to disrupt traditional incumbent companies
02:37because they did things in new ways.
02:39So the companies that are transforming, that are digital migrants, are AI migrants,
02:44they have to also adopt the beginner's mindset because the things that are going to make you money today
02:49aren't necessarily going to be the things that are beneficial for you in the future.
