00:00The body of a fisherman feared to have been attacked by a crocodile in Sungai Kampung Pendam, Sarawak, was recovered on Wednesday.
00:07According to the Sarawak Fire and Rescue Department, 58-year-old Karim Osman was found at 2.28 p.m.,
00:15approximately one kilometre from the location where the search and rescue team had launched their surface search operations.
00:23Authorities confirmed that the victim's body was found intact and has since been handed over to the police for further action.
00:30The suspected crocodile attack occurred at around 3.13 p.m. on Tuesday.
00:36Karim was believed to have been fishing alone by the riverbank near Kampung Pendam when the incident took place.
00:43Only his personal belongings and fishing equipment were found at the scene.
