London, July 9, 2025 (ANI): On Team India test captain Shubman Gill's performance, Former Indian Cricketer Yuvraj Singh said, "Shubman Gill did amazing captaincy and batted really well. I am very proud of him and I am sure that his father will also be very proud...I am very impressed...I hope that he goes on to make a lot of centuries in international cricket"

00:00Shumman Gil has been a great captain of Kamal's batting, I'm very proud of him.

00:06I'm sure his father is also very proud of Shumman.

00:11And you know, to accept the captain of the test cricket, to take responsibility on the ground.

00:23And I really hope he goes on to make a lot of hundreds of intrasher cricket.

00:28Pitches have been pretty flat.

00:30And I think India's batting has been at the races, they've been absolutely fantastic.

00:34And what we saw the last test match, without Bumrah, Akesh Deep and Siraj were absolutely superb.

00:42And fair play to Dodeja as well. I thought Dodeja did a job too in the last test.

00:46He was poor in the first test.

00:48But the way he came back at Edgbaston on flat pitch, not offering too much.

00:52He was outstanding as well.
