00:05isang paalala sa kaalagahan ng tamang nutrisyon at malusog na pamumuhay.
00:09At isa sa pinakaimportante ng hakbang para manatiling malusog
00:13ay ang pagkaharoon ng healthy eating habits o tamang pagkain araw-araw.
00:18Pero paano nga ba natin masisimula ng healthy eating habits,
00:21lalo na sa panahon ngayon na uso ang fast food at instant meals?
00:25At para bigyan tayo ng gabay at kalaman, patungkol dyan, mga kasama natin ngayon,
00:30ang Nutritionist na si Ms. Queenie Kyle Waperikwa.
00:34Good morning and welcome dito sa Rising Shine Pilipinas, Ms. Queenie.
00:37Good morning po mga ka-nutrisyon.
00:40Ayyan. Ano pala ngayon, no? Nutrition Month, ma'am.
00:44Nutrition Month, yes. Month of July.
00:45Hindi siya nagugulay, susumbungan agad.
00:49Pero anyway, sige, go ahead.
00:50Pero ma'am, ano ba yung siguro mabibigay niyo na tips?
00:54Or ano yung insights nyo?
00:57Bakit ba may mga taong, katulad ko, na hindi na-engganyo kumain ng gulit?
01:04Tsaka paano nyo sila ma-engganyo?
01:06Paano nyo ma-engganyo maging healthy eating?
01:10Ayan. So, actually po kasi ngayon, nasa tinatawag po tayo na obesogenic environment.
01:16So, when you say obesogenic environment, meaning yung environment mo, yung society,
01:22it's tolerating you na mag-consume ng food products na nakakatulong para tumaas yung timbang po ninyo.
01:31Dimadami na din po yung subscription po natin ngayon, not just in food, sa mga activities naman na talagang mapapa,
01:38kumbaga mag-stay ka lang sa bahay like Netflix, yung mga iba't-ibang hobbies na dati,
01:46mas marami kumbaga yung talagang nasa labas.
01:49Mas marami mga outside physical activities.
01:51But right now, with our current situation, talagang dumadami yung mga pang-sedentary lifestyle.
01:57Kumbaga yung nag-pupush sa'yo na mag-stay indoors na lang.
02:01So, nababawasan ngayon yung physical activity mo.
02:04And then, right now, even sa mga commercials, di ba sobrang dami ng mga unhealthy marketing of food products.
02:13So, isa yan sa mga nagiging problem.
02:15So, I think, isa sa mga mapapayo ko po is yung isa buhay natin, yung principle,
02:22na tinatawag ko po siyang MOBABA.
02:25So, ano ba yun?
02:26So, yung MOBABA po na principle is eat in moderation with variety and balance.
02:35So, kapag kakain ka yung papasok sa, yes, eat in moderation with variety and balance.
02:43So, yun po yung lagi yung isa sa isip kapag kumakain with your family or kapag outside.
02:49So, ayun po.
02:50Okay, sige, punta tayo sa beliefs and misconceptions.
02:53Ano ba ang tingin ng tao na akala nila healthy to or hindi?
02:58May mga maling akala sa lahat.
02:59So, less more.
03:00Ayan.
03:00So, actually po, isa sa mga sa tingin ko misconception na din is yung pagsinabi, yung crash diet.
03:09Yung pagsinabi mong nakakapayat daw po ang crash diet.
03:13Dahil, kumbaga, gugutumin mo yung sarili mo for a long period of time.
03:18And then, right after mong magutum yung sarili mo, saka ka magkakaroon ng crash diet.
03:22Kumbaga, dito sa part na to, you deprived yourself with food products na talagang tataas yung tendency for you to develop micronutrient deficiencies.
03:34Kasi when we say malnourish or malnutrition, we're not just talking about undernutrition, yung payat, yung mga undernourish.
03:41We're also talking about overnutrition, yung tumataas na overweight and obesity cases.
03:45Pasok ba tayo doon, Daniel?
03:47Ako, pasok lang ako doon sa crash diet pag hindi ka pinansin yung crash mo.
03:50Ay, bayon, bayon.
03:52Ayon mo pala yun.
03:55Ayon.
03:56So, ma'am, siguro, ano lang siguro yung mapapayo nyo para, ano yung mga basic tips para makapag-start mo na kumain tayo ng healthy?
04:07Ayan.
04:08So, pwede po ninyong gawin yung one-week meal planning.
04:12So, bago magsimula ang linggo mo, mag-start ka ng mag-plan a week ahead.
04:17So, meaning, pwede mong gawin po yung tipong, ipiprepare mo na yung food mo, lunch, yung breakfast and dinner, na isang araw, then you can portion control.
04:28Kaya lang paano pag-limitado yung budget?
04:30O, nga.
04:31Ayan.
04:31At saka yung time.
04:31Napapa-instant food minsan, o kaya naman, minsan pag nasa labas, para mabilis na mga kain, fast food, paano yun?
04:40So, actually po, doon napapasok yung, kaya mas okay siya na gawin a week ahead.
04:44For example, Sunday pa lang.
04:47So, bago pa lang magsimula yung working days mo, lalo na sa mga working people, talagang sobrang limitado ng oras po nila.
04:55So, pwede i-prepare na po nila yung meals nila for the entire day and i-imbak na lang, kumbaga, sa ref.
05:02And then you can microwave, lessening din yung time mo to prepare foods during your busy days or busy hours.
05:10Ako, hindi lahat yung microwave, bahalan na.
05:13Ayan, or in it, or you can, parang kumbaga, nakaportion control na siya.
05:18At ito, mam, curious ako, yung tinatanong ko sa iyo kanina, yung bang pagko-coffee ng, yung brood coffee, kasi ako, may hindi ka rin mag-abaw kape.

05:58When you buy naman yung three-in-one, always check yung ingredients sa likod.
06:02Ano yung top one na nasa pinakaunang ingredient?
06:07Yun yung ibig sabihin po, kung ano yung pinakaunang ingredient, yung may pinakamaraming composition for that.
06:12So, kapag sugar ang nasa taas and not coffee, meaning sugar, yung pinakamaraming composition ng three-in-one na kape na yun.
06:20Okay.
06:21Of course, it's Nutrition Month.
06:22So, sa inyo, sa National Nutrition Council, are there any programs na pwede natin promote para sa ating mga ka-RSP?

06:37Meron po kami actually ginagawa na every, not every month, pero for this entire year, meron po kaming tinatawag na tipan, gabay, serye.
06:46So, this webinar series po features various topics, iba't-ibang topics po about health, nutrition, tips, techniques.
06:54So, nandito po tayo, and may imbitado po kaming iba't-ibang resource persons.
06:59And also, by July 30, meron po kaming culminating activity for the Nutrition Month.
