00:46that for us as Europeans, there is no double standard.

00:51We have also stood together in calling for the cessation of hostilities

00:54and paths to peace in the Middle East.

00:57Since the spiral of violence began after the terrorist attacks by Hamas

03:04has never been put at risk as it is.

03:08And the objective of a recognition

03:10is not just making our duty

03:15but this is as well

03:17reopening a political perspective

03:19and refusing just an answer based on security.

03:25And this is why

03:26the solution of the two states

03:28and the recognition of the state of Palestine

03:31is as well

03:32according to me

03:34the only way

03:36to build peace

03:37and stability

03:38for all

03:39in the whole region.

03:43is in line

03:44with our common refusal

03:45to tolerate the threat

03:46posed by an Iran

03:47that possesses nuclear weapons.

03:51we know all too well

03:53the limitations of solutions

03:54based on force

03:56and the temptation

03:57to bring about regime change.
