00:00I'm curious how much of your business on the residential side will really be
00:04dependent on a turnaround in housing because we've seen housing starts are
00:09declining we know builder sentiment has been pretty dour not just because of
00:15interest rates but also because of economic uncertainty how are you seeing
00:19that play out now we have worked very hard in recent years to complete our
00:24profile to do more repair and refurbishment and last year we did 46% of
00:29our business was not new construction but repair and refurbishment and this is
00:34very important because the residential market is actually very attractive at
00:38this point for repair and refurbishment we do a lot of re-roofing nationwide and we
00:45do the same for the commercial buildings we saw the data how much aging stock you
00:49have for commercial and for residential and this is this fantastic business the
00:55u.s. also faces a pretty severe housing shortage so what role can amrise play
01:01in closing that gap if you will well we are ready for the builder I think we
01:06offer the best quality systems which is very important because you want to
01:10build fast but you want to build reliable with no claims so I think in a
01:15situation where where time is of essence we are also resources labor is of
01:20essence we are a preferred partner and this is how we position ourselves
