01:46So this is one of our Dyson-owned sensor packs.

01:50We've got a very high-accuracy CO2 sensor,

01:53relative humidity and temperature,

01:55and then on the top there,

01:57this is the Apogee PAR sensor.

01:58So that detects only the wavelengths

02:01that the strawberry plant is interested in,

02:02and then we know how much we need to top up

02:04with our artificial light.

02:06We've got this supply system

02:08which comes up to the central manifold,

02:10which splits out, and then each five goes to two,

02:13and we go through into the gutter.

02:15And then once the water flows through,

02:16that goes into the drain here,

02:18which captures the water,

02:19and this black pipe acts as a dynamic collector.

02:22So it hits this ramp and it empties as it goes round

02:24and empties into the base station,

02:26and this gets pumped out.

02:28We get a two and a half times uplift

02:30in the output of the greenhouses.

02:32This vertical growing system will allow farmers

02:35to produce the very best food in England

02:38and make Britain more secure

02:40in its own food production.

02:42We've got wonderful land,

02:43and we should be able to grow everything we eat.
