00:07bilang representante ng ika-anim na distrito ng Maynila.

00:11Ito'y matapos maglabas ng Certificate of Finality ng COMELEC na iproklama ang panalo si Abante

00:17dahil ang kalaban niya na si Joey Chua Uy ay kinansela o nakansela ang Certificate of Candidacy

00:23dahil sa material misrepresentation.

00:26Lumalabas kasi na si Uy ay isang naturalized Filipino at hindi natural-born Filipino

00:32na batay din sa batas na bawal sa isang kongresista ng bansa.

00:37Ipinroklama naman si Abante ngayong araw pero lagpas na ng June 30

00:41o labas na sa jurisdiksyon ng Commission on Elections.

00:45Pero sabi ng Paul Buddy, ang kongreso na ang magdedesisyon

00:48kung aling Certificate of Proclamation ang kanilang tatanggapin

00:52at kung sino ang pauupuin sa pwesto.

00:55So yan ang isang legal issue and at the same time can also be a membership issue
