00:31Ayon sa DA, 10 containers ang nabuksan na naaabot sa halagang 100 million piso

00:37pero posibleng tumaas pa ito sa 300 million piso

00:40sakaling mabuksan na ang natitira pang containers

00:43sa naglalaman din ang hinihinalang kontrabando galing China.

00:46China na naman, as usual.

00:49So we really have to look out for Chinese shipments coming in from China,

00:55especially from the Port of Xiamen.

00:56Ito ang mga smuggled agricultural products sa naharang na Department of Agriculture

01:01at Bureau of Customs dito sa Port of Subic.

01:04Kabilang dito ang frozen mackerel, carrots, white onion, chicken poppers at karage.

01:10It definitely is misdeclared because they declared it as chicken lollipops and chicken karage.

01:19And it turns out to be Subuyas, isla, and carrots.

01:2352 shipping containers ang hinold ng DA at BOC,

01:27kung saan 21 dito ay cleared for release na.

01:30Pero naiwan sa kustudiyan ng BOC ang 31 containers

01:33matapos ang hindi pagsipot ng consignee o mga representatives nito.

01:38Bukod pa dito, 3 containers naman ang inisyohan ng warrant of seizure and detention

01:42matapos ang alert orders dito.

01:44Two weeks ago, meron nagtangkang itinakas dito yung tatlong container.

01:50Nahabol namin hanggang Bulacan.

01:52Ipapatest muna ang mga kondrabando kung safe for food consumption.

01:56Pero nakakitaan na na physical na sira ang ilang mga carrots.

02:00Kapag napatunay ang ligtas sa magkainin ang iba pang mga carrots, onion at isda,

02:05ay kukonsultahin ng DA ang Malacanang kung pa pwede itong ipapahagi sa tao.

02:09Dalawang pungkumpanya na ang blacklisted ngayong taon dahil sa pagkakasangkot sa agricultural smuggling.

02:16Kabila na dito ang dalawang kumpanyang consignee sa mga produkto na inispeksyon sa Subic.

02:20Kagabi, nag-meeting kami ni bagong commissioner ni Ariel Nepomuseno at si General Torre,

02:27may representative si IDG, kasama na si Secretary Año ng NSA because this is already a national security matter.

03:23Food Safety Act of 2013 at Costance Modernization and Tariff Act.
