00:00Good afternoon, it's Monday the 7th of July 2025 and here are the latest transfer headlines from across Yorkshire.

00:06Leeds United are thought to be interested in Lens midfielder Neil Iannoui.

00:10The 24-year-old, a deep-line midfielder by trade, enjoyed a really strong season last term in France.

00:16His exploits do not appear to have gone unnoticed.

00:18Leeds have been linked with him, as have Sunderland, Wolves and Italian giants Juventus, AC Milan and Roma.

00:24So it looks like he's a player that is attracting a lot of interest this summer.

00:27Huddersfield Town have been linked with Preston North End midfielder Brad Potts.

00:31They've already been linked with Preston's Jack Watmore, it appears.

00:34They are looking at a double raid on Deepdale.

00:37Potts, of course, moved to Preston from Barnsley back in 2019 and it's now been suggested that Huddersfield are interested in him.

00:44Everton are reportedly not giving up in their pursuit of Sheffield United goalkeeper Michael Cooper.

00:49There is an argument to be made that Cooper was among the strongest goalkeepers in the Championship last season, if not the strongest.

00:54Helped the Blades get to the Championship playoff final.

00:56Everton have been linked with him and it is now being suggested that Toffees are willing to pay £5 million plus add-ons.

01:02But a little bit of a boost for Sheffield United, it has been suggested that Cooper doesn't want to go

01:06and that the fee Everton are currently willing to offer is not enough for Sheffield United anyway.

01:12And Barnsley were linked with forward Marco Marni, a young forward at Brighton and Hove Albion.

01:17But it now appears that he will be heading out on loan to Reading.

01:20And Sheffield Wednesday, a club that are obviously engulfed in a massive crisis at the moment, massive turbulence over at Hillsborough,

01:27it has been suggested that they could be moving some players on this summer to try and ease their crisis.

01:32And winner J.D. Gassama is said to have attracted interest from their Championship rivals, Blackburn Rovers.
