00:00Start by placing a wine glass around the tomato slices, and spin it around for a bit, and take out the middle.
00:09Setting the rings aside for now.
00:13Chopping the rest of the tomatoes is the next step.
00:18Adding chives into the mix.
00:21Two tablespoons of all-purpose flour and two large eggs.
00:25To season it, we will be adding salt to taste as well as garlic and herb.
00:28Using a small ladle to pour a little bit of the egg mixture into the tomato rings.
00:34Cooking them for a couple of minutes on each side, and they're ready to eat.
