00:00Sam LaTurne here backstage ahead of MLP Resurrection, which is going down tonight, but right now I'm joined by Shotzi Blackheart.

00:14We're happy to have you. It's pretty unprecedented. Your debut match, you were granted a title match against Giselle Shaw,

00:21but then the worst possible thing that could have happened did happen.

00:24You broke your arm in a freak accident in the ring, but you've decided to duke it out regardless.

00:32Some might call you crazy. Some might call you brave. Where's your head at?

00:36I mean, I've always labeled myself as crazy, and I definitely think there's some stupidity to this,

00:43but I wasn't going to let this opportunity pass by because, you know, wrestling's ever-changing,

00:49and I don't know when I would get this opportunity again if I didn't come out here today.

00:53So, yeah, a little bit of danger, a little bit of stupidity, but I think that with this,

01:01Giselle is coming in with a lot of confidence.

01:03I think she's already on to the next opponent, like I'm coming in wounded, and maybe that's a trap

01:09because, you know, confidence is really important in this business, but too much of it can be dangerous for her.

01:15Absolutely. If you fly too close to the sun, sometimes you wind up falling.
