00:00The Meditation is not something easy that they show in our Western culture that it's
00:15such an easy practice and take your clothes off and sit by the tree.
00:19Meditation is actually the last stage of a spiritual development.
00:24It's a full-fledged attack against shaitan and as soon as you intend to meditate there
00:32will be a hyper-awareness of how much you're under attack from shaitan.
00:38So somebody who never has gone to a doctor, what's the world for cancer, oncologist, they
00:45think they're very healthy.
00:46They never go to a doctor, say, I never go to a doctor, I'm very healthy, very healthy
00:50until one day some sicknesses come to them and they go to a doctor.
00:55Doctor says, wait you got a whole lot of problems going on, you didn't recognize anything but
01:02there's tremendous amounts of sicknesses coming out and all of a sudden then the person realizes
01:07how sick they are and they say, oh I didn't know I was so sick.
01:10There's no difference in the spiritual realm.
01:12As soon as you intend to make meditation and sit and try to make your zikr, praising upon
01:18Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ, do it in our system where you're playing salawats, defending your
01:24ears from any waswas, you begin to see how difficult the process is.
01:29So, I can't sit for two seconds without something agitating me, aha.
01:34Now you're in the doctor's exam room, there's something wrong and Allah wanted you to see
01:39it.
01:40You don't have the ability to sit for two minutes, five minutes, six minutes with yourself
01:47to know yourself who knows himself, will know his lord.
01:51You can't play the salawat, you can't do all of these things, you can't put the fragrances
01:56because you're under satanic attack and shaitan doesn't allow you to sit, doesn't allow
02:01you to play it.
02:03That's what Allah wanted you to know.
02:06That all people of tafakkur stop and realize how much you're under attack.
02:13Only at the time that you recognize your sickness is there ever a path of healing that opens.
02:19Otherwise, if you're ignorant of your sickness, you say, I don't need these people, you don't
02:23need us.
02:24Wait until you're full-fledged in difficulty, it's too late at that time.
02:29But when they identify their problem, that's the first step in spiritual healing and spiritual
02:34development.
02:35I know, I can't sit, I get angry, something's happening, I can't put the water on myself,
02:41I can't make wudu.
02:43Those are all the first steps of awareness that how much the person is under attack.
02:49So they said, then you got to be making your zikr.
02:51You have to make the salawat on Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ.
02:55You have to keep making a'uzu billahi min shaitanir rajeem, Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem.
02:59At least a hundred times a day sitting, Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem.
03:03With every Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem Allah open, open and a faraj, a difficulty to be taken
03:09away.
03:10Salawat on Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ and then sit after you make your namaz.
03:16If you come back and say, I can't even make my namaz, then again that's a sign how difficult
03:21the person is under attack.
03:24Then you email the shaykh and they try to give you the awrads, the zikrs and the process that's
03:28necessary to combat that difficulty.
03:32As soon as you acknowledge it and understand it, illa ja'a nasrullah , Allah never
03:37leaves the servant to be in the hands of shayateen.
03:40As soon as you identify it, the shaykhs pray for you, you pray for yourself that, I need
03:45Ya Rabbi's support, I understand I'm under difficulty, I'm under the oppression
03:50of shaytan, grant me a najat, grant me a power to release myself from that difficulty inshaAllah.
03:56Okay, these two questions are similar.
04:02How should we ask for madal and make rabidah with the shaykh?
04:05Also what adab and ihtiram should one keep for the rabidah?
04:09Ya Rabidah Sharif is to keep the way of holding the rope.
04:14Where Allah describe, hold tight to the rope and tafaraq, don't make a separation from
04:20the rope.
04:21Means our life was like a golden chain, not even a rope.
04:26Is chain yourself to that reality.
04:28Say, Ya Rabbi, a'kulu ma sadiqeen.
04:31You said, have a taqwa and keep the company of the truthful servants.
04:35I'm with these shaykhs, I'm asking to be under the rabidah, under their hands and tied
04:41to that reality.
04:43Then the app we have and everybody has the different madad and support.
04:49Asking for the madad of the shaykhs, calling upon their names, asking for their madad, visualizing
04:53that you're in their association and then always acknowledging, Ya Rabbi, I'm a weak servant.
04:59And Allah said, wa'kulu ma sadiqeen, that have a taqwa in life and keep the company of
05:05my truthful servants, Allah doesn't care for the material world.
05:09This was not keep a physical company with the shaykh and go have hamburger with him.
05:14This was the spiritual company, is that are you keeping their company spiritually?
05:19Are you envisioning that you're always with them?
05:22Are you visualizing that they're in front of me?
05:24I remember them, I see them, Ya Rabbi, let me to always be in their association.
05:29If I can visualize that I'm sitting with them and that I'm making my zikr, I'm making
05:34my salawat, I'm asking to be under their nazar, this was the order of Allah .
05:39If you truly have a taqwa in consciousness, taqwa means that are your senses open.
05:46The mutaqeen whom have a high level of taqwa means that Allah gave them a taqwa on all
05:52their senses.
05:53That's why Allah and now that holy ayah is saying, itaqullah because these are mutaqeen
06:02that their taqwa they have a fear in their ears not to lose their connection with Allah .
06:08So as they're listening to something wrong, their heart begin to beat, something's not
06:12right, Allah is warning them, you're going to lose my hearing.
06:18If they mutaqeen, if they have eyes that are conscious, they're not looking at everything
06:24haram and Allah , I'm about to shut off your vision and it's going to take
06:29a long time for you to bring it back.
06:32They took a life in which too astaghfirullah and they close that vision from what they're
06:36looking at and they keep their vision into their heart and down where shaitan is now
06:41playing with all of them.
06:43Shaitan want to bombard your ears with every type of horrific sound, bombard your eyes with
06:48every type of horrific vision to block so that you never become mutaqeen.
06:54If their hearing has been perfected, their seeing has been perfected, Allah perfect their breathing
07:00in which they breathe with a qudra and an energy, perfects their hands and their senses,
07:06their feet and their qadam.
07:07Then Allah from the holy hadith that we were talking the other week is, then I'll be the
07:12tongue in which you speak.
07:15And at that time Allah's might and izzah and the nazar and izzah of Prophet ﷺ is moving
07:21upon their tongue.
07:23Their tongue can revive the dead.
07:26It's not a tongue that entertains the brain.
07:29This is when you go to school and the professor he talks he can make the whole room to sleep
07:34in five seconds because he talks complete nonsense.
07:39He may not even understand what he's talking about.
07:42Brain to brain will shut off everybody's head, right?
07:46So if you talk from the heart it's an energy that immediately hit the heart and the people
07:52come to life.
07:54Their energy is now vibrating within their being, as soon as their body goes out of the
07:58way they will ask Allah tonight, what I heard from your servant, let me to swim in that ocean
08:04and that reality.
08:05And Allah said, you heard it then swim in it.
08:09The ocean is free to enter, there's no fee, there's no money for these courses.
08:14Allah's way is free, Allah's knowledges are free.
08:17Another thing Allah is that, have you been given the grant in which to hear it?
08:23Because Allah says, I allow my name to be mentioned in their home.
08:30Allah has to allow his name to be mentioned in your heart because his home is where?
08:35Qalb al-mumin baytullah .
08:37So it's a ni'mat, it's a grant.
08:39Don't take what Allah gives as a grant and as a favour say, I can always go to the zikr.
08:45No because if Allah gets tired of you, he says, still tomorrow your name will not be
08:49mentioned in my heart, in your house, in my house.
08:53It's a gift from Allah .
08:55I allow in Surat An-Nur, I allow my name to be mentioned in their homes.
09:02So this is a gift from Allah , we keep it, we nourish it, we safeguard it.
09:09And then Allah says, since you have an ihtiram and a respect for my name, you cherish it,
09:17the ability to come and to do your zikr, to mention my name, I begin to release the power
09:22of my name.
09:23Then they do their zikrs, they do their awrahs, they do all their practices inshaAllah.
09:28Sayyidi, during meditation do we envision the light entering the stomach or the heart?
09:36You can envision anything you want.
09:40The light coming and just envision that the first phases that you're in the presence
09:44of the shaykhs and that, Ya Rabbi, I'm nothing, I'm nothing, I'm nothing and fill me with
09:49the light.
09:51At that time if you have a opening from the shaykh that a light is entering into your heart
09:57and entering into your belly that's all based on what they want to show you.
10:03The first step and the most important is that, I'm nothing, I'm nothing, I'm nothing and
10:08that they're in front of me and I don't have to focus on seeing them.
10:11I say, I can't see shaykh your face, I can't see this shaykh's face, I can't see that,
10:15doesn't matter.
10:16Just know that I'm in front of them and I'm nothing, I'm nothing Ya Rabbi, I'm nothing.
10:22Just under this ni'mah, this blessing let me to be under their faiz and let my heart to
10:27believe with all my belief, their gaze is upon me because they are servants of Allah .
10:33This is not about money, this is not about membership fee, they're servants of Allah
10:39, of course they have to be because they're there to serve Allah .
10:43If you're calling they're arriving, if their soul is arriving then you reach to the faiz.
10:49Every unique experience is based on the shaykhs what they want to so there's no description
10:53of right and wrong inshaAllah .
10:58If the body and mind is enveloped with fear, what continuous zikr can we do to increase
11:03our positive energy?
11:06Kunst and fear again because there's some other issues too.
11:15If you have to take medicine continue your medicine, never leave your medicine and this
11:21way is based on mind, body and soul.
11:25If your mind is not well and that's Allah put the servant in every type of condition.
11:32There can be servants with broken legs, sickness, Allah gives a difficulty for you to walk on
11:39a crooked path.
11:42Don't try to fix people's problems, it's not for you to compete with Allah .
11:46We're merely here to fix the person's faith.
11:49Allah give everybody a difficulty in life.
11:52Say, if everybody complains, let's get a bucket, everybody write their problem, put it in the
11:57bucket and take somebody else's problem.
11:58Say, no, no, no, no, I'm happy with my problem.
12:01I know how to deal with my problem, I don't want your problem.
12:05Everybody has something.
12:06This makes the quality of your life, there has to be a squeezing, there has to be a crushing.
12:12How are you going to be patient and persevere through the difficulty Allah sends?
12:18And that's what Allah .
12:19It wasn't about you declaring victory for everybody, healing everybody, everybody to
12:23be great.
12:25As a matter of fact, if you ask the shaykhs, everybody's sick.
12:28And that's the way Allah said, said, I want to put a difficulty on you and I want to see
12:34your ability to keep struggling through your difficulty.
12:39Use your zikr, use the medicine so that your mind is well.
12:44Use good health and good nourishment and not to be excessive in which your diet becomes
12:49your religion.
12:51Your body's dying anyways.
12:53Don't say that these cherries are organic and that it comes from a very special farm
12:58that nobody ever touched it.
13:00As a matter of fact, the organic is they take the pupu and they put the pupu back into the
13:04field and they put the waste of humans on those very expensive tomatoes.
13:10Which Prophet ﷺ forbid the use of your bodily function on any fruit.
13:17You're not allowed to urinate near a tree, you're not allowed to defecate near a tree
13:21because all of the toxins Prophet ﷺ taught would go into the fruit.
13:25So, what shaitan gives to all these organic rich people?
13:29Fruit filled with pupu, sorry organic people.
13:35Yeah, right?
13:38They're paying big money for those things and they're taking human waste and putting it
13:43on to the fields and says, this is grey water.
13:45The water that we recycled, throw this water onto all the flower.
13:50Whatever shaitan is doing, it's trying to kill everyone.
13:53The only thing that has a barakah and a blessing, take any orange you can find and make du'a.
13:59Mention Allah's name upon it.

14:10You start mentioning your shaykhs.
14:11Mentioning Allah , mentioning Prophet ﷺ, mentioning your shaykhs.
14:15Anything you eat, if it's even a rock it will be golden for you.
14:20In times of mushkilat and many awliya know and many people who have survived war on this
14:26earth, they have nothing.
14:28And awliyaullah will bring something for them, begin to make a du'a and they all eat it.
14:33They can be full for a week.
14:34If Allah want to open, Allah opens and it's by du'a.
14:39You can have the most expensive fruit and food.
14:42Think that your chicken never touched the ground and everybody tickled your chicken
14:45all day at home.
14:47.
14:48You farm fresh and tickled the whole time and you get sick like a dog by it.
14:55And Allah makes somebody else eat from something else but they're sincere, they make a du'a
14:59on it and they're full for seven days.
