00:00The Mercosur Summit concluded Thursday in Buenos Aires, Argentina, with the announcement of a free trade agreement with the European Free Trade Association.
00:08In its last speech, as Mercosur's pro-temperary president, Javier Millet questioned the validity of the common market,
00:13demanded more flexibility for the bloc, called for ultra-liberal reforms in favor of commercial freedom,
00:18and warned that Argentina could abandon the bloc if the partners did not follow these measures.
