00:19Sa pagsisimula ng 20th Congress, isa ito sa mga inihain niyang priority bills.

00:24Ayon kay Flores, nakapasa na ang panukala sa Kamara nitong 19th Congress

00:29pero hindi ito tuluyang umusat kaya't sana'y iba na ang maging sitwasyon ngayon.

00:34Naniniwala kasi siyang hindi lang supply ng tubig ang maisasaayos nito,

00:38kundi maging ang pangasiwa ng baha sa bansa.

00:44and every time it rains, we just see it go through.

00:48So, ang flood control naman is if it just directs the water away from the rivers down to the ocean,

00:55sayang rin, hindi mo nagagamit.

00:57But if we create like from the Department of Water nga,

01:01how it could be maximized yung rainwater that we get during the typhoon season,

01:06then mas magamit pa natin ito for other purposes like irrigation, hydro, and even for tourism.

01:18Para sa kapakanan ng mga senior citizen at persons with disability,

01:22itinutulak ni na-re-elected late first district representative Martin Romualdez

01:27at tingog party list representatives Andrew Romualdez at Jude Asidre ang House Bill No. 16,

01:32kung saan iginigit nilang dapat ay magamit ang senior at PWD discounts

01:37na hiwaloy pa sa promotional offers ng mga establishment.

01:41Samantala, bukod sa mga panukalang ito, nananathiling mainit ang issue

01:46ukol sa impeachment complaint ng Kamara laban kay Vice President Sara Duterte.

01:50Ayon kay Congressman Flores, nabahagi rin ang House prosecution panel.

01:55Hindi opsyonal ang pagdaraos ng trial kundi nakasaad talaga ito sa batas.

02:00Kaya't sana'y maisagawa na ito ngayong 20th Congress.

02:03Inaasalan din niyang magko-complay naman ang Kamara

02:06sa lahat ng ibinabang requirements ng Senate Impeachment Court.

02:12Kung i-base mo siya sa experience ng isang abogado,

02:15pag may order yung korte, kahit na gaano mo ka,

02:20no matter how wrong or stupid that order is,
