00:29and stuff and and we have a real bond over that music because I think even though we're generationally
00:34in different you know time space literally we both absolutely love those songs and those records
00:40and as fun as it was to do and I'd do it every every weekend they've got the whole career going
00:46on you know I mean so we'll see who knows but but I think we've always got that memory do you know
00:51what I mean and I think it was just such a mad wonderful thing to do I I've always had this
00:56fantasy of singing those songs at some point and I was just going to do it in a local pub and get
01:00a band together and do it and I chatted to them about that on their podcast and before we know
01:05what you're doing we got in a room and just played some of those songs and we all I was practically
01:10crying and we all just said we've got to do this we've got to do this and we were just going to do
01:13it in a pub in Stockport but we've got friends in high places so we got to do it somewhere else
01:32I've seen I've seen Johnny Marr sing them songs in the last year or two and it's amazing it's you know
01:39it's just they're just amazing songs I think did you get a chance to speak to Johnny and did he say
01:44what he thought of the gigs I've never met him to be honest so no I've no idea I'm I'm sure he's got
01:49other fish to fry I'm sure he's not worried about what anybody else is doing
