Film body lifts ban on Diljit Dosanjh, Ashoke Pandit vows not to cast him in future

Diljit Dosanjh shared a video from the sets of 'Border 2', denying rumours of his replacement amid the 'Sardaar Ji 3' controversy. While the film body has lifted its ban on him, filmmaker Ashoke Pandit stated he will not cast the singer-turned-actor in future projects.

00:00Diljeet Dosanj has put the rumors of his exit from the film Border 2 to rest by sharing a behind-the-scenes video.

00:08The Punjabi singer and actor shared the video from the sets of Border 2 on Instagram, which confirms that he is still part of the film.

00:16Amid the ongoing Sardarji 3 controversy, several reports claimed that Diljeet was dropped from Border 2.

00:24In the video, Diljeet can be seen stepping out of his vanity van wearing a formal suit with an Army logo and badge on it.

00:30He then walks inside the set.

00:32The president of the film body that was protesting against his inclusion in the film has told India Today

00:40that Bhushan Kumar himself requested him to allow Diljeet to shoot and that the Federation has now revoked the ban order.

00:48Bhushan Kumar Ji has had a meeting with him two times.

00:55He has requested that his whole portion of the film was completed by Biljeet Dosanj.
